We had a 2 night stay here and we were very pleased. The lady at reception was great to deal with 🙂 they allowed me to use my credit card details for the booking even though it was under my partners name. I really like how they dont take any money out but they do inform you that if there is any damages they would take a $200 bond and we were fine with that. This includes Vaping in the room or cooking of fish and curry. There is also no parties after 9pm which is very considerate with those who have kids. Spa towels are kept in the reception and yes the pool is heated aswell . I did get confused with the spa&pool hours as it says 8pm closed on the Information paper in the room but on the gate it says 9.30pm. We were well informed of the rules and requirements of us and were directed to our room. We unpacked our stuff and I had noticed we only had a little bit of toilet roll so I went to reception and she kindly gave me one with no hesitation. We were happy with the rooms and amenities but we did find the stove or cooking area is very small. We also assumed we had a washing machine/dryer but we should have read our amenities properly. There is a liquid laundromat 10mins away and minimum spend is $10. To get a card it was $1 however this is minused from the $10. I like how each room had a tv but the ones in the room only had the basic channels . The one in the lounge area had sky TV and it was great that we could watch movies together in the lounge area. The cleaners did come into our room to replace our towels and take our rubbish, I was totally unaware but my partner was aware of it however I was happy with the service though and found the cleaners lovely. On the last day we wanted to have a quick swim & breakfast so i had asked reception if we could do late check out costing us $30 extra until 11am and we were absolutely pleased that we could stay a extra hour for so cheap. Overall we are satisfied with our stay here and yes I would recommend staying here as the main reason I choose this place was for the spa 😊 and it was a win for me. I would definatly book here in...

I wasn't expecting much due to not being on the lake front, but it was a pleasant surprise. The pouring rain didn't hamper anything - it gave us something to listen to and look at when looking out the window towards the lake - not the best view of that, but good enough.||The room was at the back on the top floor (room 13) with a little 2 single bed room annex before heading into our main bedroom (with the kitchen and dining in the same room. We had a balcony but couldn't use it because of the rain - no worries. Net curtains need to be put up - if you want to not shut the curtains as evening comes, you kind of have to - everyone can see inside. In the morning, this wasn't nice either - no nets, must dress before heading to the loo if you open the curtains.||The only bug bear I had was in the morning. I was getting changed in the single room annex and the cleaner burst in - around 9:00 am (an hour before we were supposed to check out by). She didn't knock, didn't say anything, just burst in - I was fresh out of the shower and not dressed. I did complain to the admin but i doubt anything was said to the cleaner - we were leaving at that point.||The bed was comfy as, slept like a log, snug as a bug with the electric blanket - pity about the...

A total dissapointment! My family and I have been coming to the lake for over 25years and we've never experienced such a thing. Aside from the ants in the room, we were harrassed by the hotel manager late night, who was also drunk while on duty and who accussed us of sneaking in an additional person into the room, even after they had seen us all check in during the day. There was no evidence of any wrong doing on our part even after the security cameras were all checked. This man was simply drunk, profiling us and harrassing us to the point that that other hotel guests had to tell this rude and obnoxious man to sort this out in the morning - 10:30pm at night was not the time to be harrassing a family, with a 3 year old, based on false assumptions. The issue was so bad we had to pack our things and leave the very next morning, which resulted in us losing almost of a day of our well earned holiday. Although we got an apology (and a full refund) from the hotel's owner, we felt like we had been discriminated and treated unfairly by them. Simply put they need a reality check and get a better handle on how to treat their well paying guests regardless of their background! This is...

Extremely noisy from 8 pm to 2 am people playing music, unable to contact the lobby. We couldn't sleep, we complained in the morning and they even had an aggressive attitude against us. It is also not the room that is shown in the picture you can compare. I am asking for a full refund. Edit : funny you say it is untrue having a video of it plus I add the proof of phone calls that we tried, also we stepped in the office randomly then, no because we had a complaint and your staff treated us like gangters. But you try to get out of the situation with lies like nothing happened as you have nothing to stand on we were not aggressive we became it because of your unprofessional staff that could not even say sorry and did nothing about the situation!!! I have enough proof to post, all you have is just lies. Edit 2: to show how these people are you can see their way they answer 1 star reviews, also they canceled our booking so we would not be able to review them on booking. com like we were never there. It is criminal behavior and says enough about this hotel and way of going around with customers.

Clean, basic motel accommodation. One bedroom apartments have a walk thru bedroom. Most units don’t have any views but do have a small balcony. Great location and short walk to cafes, lake front, and restaurants. Expensive for the amenity level but sometimes there isn’t much choice, especially when it’s in peak Summer season. Popular with girls in their late teens because of the location for New Years Eve party madness. It feels like the complex is Nb eeding some basic care. Gardens are overgrown, pool area is unkempt, pool is in dire need of a paint, New cover. BBQ is the saddest example I've seen for a while. You wouldn't want to stay on ground floor units, so dark.
