Title: A Highly Risky and Disappointing Experience

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. My elderly mother on the wheelchair was accidentally locked in the room, and to my shock, the hotel had no proper emergency service in place. They insisted on obtaining permission from the manager before taking any action, leaving my 90-year-old mother agitated and distressed. I had to seek help from passers-by to convince the management to take action.

To make matters worse, the hotel didn't even have a spare key to unlock the room. They had to resort to getting a staff through the window, my elderly mother in a wheelchair a was frightened seeing someone jumped in through the bathroom, a situation that should never happen in a reputable establishment.

In terms of health and safety, this hotel clearly falls short of even the most basic standards. A reputable establishment should have a robust emergency protocol, including readily available spare keys, and a swift response team in case of incidents like these.

The nightmare didn't end there. When we finally gained access to the room, we were greeted with a flooded bathroom due to a blockage. I immediately brought this to the attention of receptionist at the reception, who didn't even bother reporting it and, shockingly, he kept smiling the whole time as if it was some sort of joke to him.

To add insult to injury, when the matter was escalated the the manager, Mr. Ayo, he met our concerns with utter indifference and apathy. He even had the audacity to suggest that we check out.

It's clear that no one should even consider patronizing this hotel. The level of risk and abysmal customer service we experienced is beyond unacceptable. Not a single soul showed up to address the bathroom blockage until after two hours, and our concerns were dismissed by management. Mr Tunde and his wife the duty manager came to apologise on the day.

Guests at the hotel was shocked and was more empathetic that the staff, most of the staff lack customer services, do not appear to really care.

Our six luggage’s were all wet, my mother and I are still traumatised, and we are going through therapy.

I have patronised this hotel for about ten years and I have recommended them also, unfortunately this will be my last time, as this hotel is an horror house.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs. Your safety and peace of mind should never be compromised for such a...

This is the worse hotel in Ikeja I have ever stayed in! They don’t have an elevator. The swimming pool is extremely small and in my stay there I never witnessed not one person swim in it and I was there for almost two weeks! It is just for show on the website and it looks big on their website but it’s not. Comforters and pillows are all filthy dirty stained with what looked like urine coffee and old blood! They cover them with white pillowcases and white comforter cases to conceal the filth! When I bought it to their attention they couldn’t provide any that were clean without stains and I mean the pillows or comforters! They refused to provide us with a refund stating the room was non refundable! You will be charged to use the microwave! Their complimentary breakfast is only for one person and you will be charged for them to bring it to your room. The bar tender has a very unfriendly attitude. There is no ice machine for guests so I asked the bar tender for ice he gave me one glass of ice n told me I was lucky to get that because they don’t provide ice if you didn’t purchase the beverage from them. Upon check out the staff comes to the room n checks absolutely everything as if you are a thief. They will be counting the towels pulling back the sheets looking for stains on pillow cases checking the hot water kettle I mean we felt so uncomfortable the entire stay! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling looking...

Worst hotel I've ever been to, the night check in lady was pretty abrasive but we got through it, the rooms are tiny, old and weirdly expensive. The price difference between the online booking sites and the hotel was huge, the place was expensive for no good reason. Bathroom was ugly and badly planned. When i tried to check out the next day the reception was extremely rude and insisted on locking me in the compound because he claimed his account who was ignoring his messages and calls at the moment didn't see the alert of the transfer i made the night before. I showed them, my receipt and debit alert but that didn't help, guy was hella rude and started shouting insults at me for being irritated that they were wasting my time over something i knew i had paid for. They treated me like a criminal. Horrible experience, terrible place....

Its a lovely place to say the least. When you enter the reception, you are greeted by a very sweet aroma. Front desk is very welcoming, helpful and polite, they were generous enough to give us a reasonable discount for the period if our stay. The room we stayed in was a deluxe room and it was spacious with a big bed for a family of four, a nice chair and table for relaxation, with a working refrigerator. The room and bathroom was neat and clean. They offered complimentary breakfast for 1 only. The only issue I had with the place was that the parking space provided was very small. So this made getting in and going out very inconveniencing. I can say that if you ever decide to stay here you most certainly won't regret it.

The hotel is situated in a good location within walkable distance to many facilities. The laundry service in the hotel is very good and affordable. The hotel presents limited options for travelling families but this is a common situation in hotels in Lagos Nigeria. Since most hotels are tailored to meet the demands of couples without children. Maintenance of the hotel facility needs significant improvement. There were leaking pipes and windows not shutting, electric sockets not working or pulling out of the wall. Food can be served round the clock so even when you arrive late, the kitchen can still take your order. We will visit the hotel again and hopefully some improvement will have been made.

Easily located in high brow Joel Ogunnaike road of GRA, the hotel has large well-maintained rooms, customer service also on point. Complementary buffet breakfast with wide variety of tasty dishes. Rates rather pricey, but then again this is GRA. High speed internet also available. In all was a pleasant experience.
