Haret Nizwa hostel — Hotel in Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate

The airbnb I originally booked had to close down at the last minute due to maintainence works and its management - without informing me - decided to transfer my booking to this place.

I don't even know where to begin... and to make it short I will summarize with one word... "disaster".

This place is indeed a disaster. Since I arrived rather late at around 21.00hrs I stayed for only one night and then pretended from the original airbnb owner to move out and change me to another place, which he did.

This "hostel" is a disaster!

Dirty and unswept floor. Dirty small table with dirty tablecloth. Bed with used linen. Smelly and dirty toilet with broken drain. Dirty and unclean towels. Broken curtains. And... to crown the whole thing once I opened the fridge I fund it full of the leftovers of previous guests.

An utter disaster. Avoid this place like plague!

Бронировал на букинге. Для заезда вообще нужно позвонить или списаться в интернете, но у меня не было такой возможности. Нашёл сам объект (реально на карте гугла следующий дом), заселился. Одно из немногих мест в Омане где оплата только наличными. Нет вай фая. Совсем недалеко от форта, рынка и автобусной остановки до Бахлы и Маската. Нормальный внешне номер, но нет полотенец. Дырки в шторах. Кровать чистая, но в целом не очень чисто. Матрас и сама кровать в целофане, спишь на чистых простынях, но целофан ощущается. Есть кондиционер. Есть окна с сетками, можно открыть, так окна заклеены непрозрачной пленкой. Есть кресло качалка, но оно не закреплено, может упасть. Есть чайник, но нет чашек. Есть холодильник. Ванная комната у меня была снаружи номера, не очень удобно. В ванной комнате сам унитаз относится чистый, а остальное все в грязи и пыли. Нет мыла, шампуня, геля для душа. Нет зеркала как в номере, так и в ванной комнате. Есть маленькое зеркало рядом с общей беседкой, но это неудобно. Водонагреватель не всегда включается. Горячей воды слабый напор. На следующий день проживания когда вышел в интернет, увидел что мое бронирование отменено, хотя я в этот момент проживал в номере. Очевидно, что для любых коммуникаций с владельцем нужен вай фай, но интернета нет. На мой взгляд хотя цена в 10,5 риалов в сутки за номер по меркам города адекватная, бывает лучше соотношение цена-качество. Особенно плохо, что...
