I liked:|- Breakfast was fair. Not a heavy breakfast though. Coffee/tea and juice, breads with butter and jam, meat that is very similar to Vienna sausage's taste but flat that looks like a ham, not the round sausages|- smells really nice!|- daily cleaning|- 15-minute walk going to Arequipa downtown. A bit far but I think it's still good.|- Provided hangers which I did not really use but it maybe useful for others.||Did not like:|- Bathroom is horrible|1) You get electric shock whenever you turn on/off the shower. I had to use the towel or the shower curtain to turn it off (seriously I'm not kidding)|2) Hot water and cold water is unpredictable in the shower. Sometimes you get the right temperature but after 5 mins, it will be too hot/too cold. You will have to readjust the shower again (by using a towel so you dont get electric shock)|3) Tap in the sink is very loose, you cant even use it properly. I have to use both hands to turn it on/off|4) I wish they have rags to wipe your feet as the bathroom floor gets really wet after you showered.||- I stayed in a private room.. felt really scared because it was so quiet that you cant even hear a thing. And I was the only customer they have at that time. I slept with the lights on.||- Plugs/sockets are loose and too far from the bed. I am one of those people who likes their phone on their bed, or atleast on a table beside the bed.. because I like to easily reach my phone during the night to check the time.||- Receptionists do not speak...

We booked a day tour to Chivay and the Colca Canyon with Paola’s help, and they were incredibly helpful with transportation from the airport and to the bus station. Our family slept comfortably in our room with five beds and enjoyed lovely little attentions like evening tea. The room was clean, and room service was daily. During our transportation between the airport and the hostel, Paola kindly explained much information about the city, the volcanoes, and the Arequipeñan culture. I highly recommend...
