Hotel Bohemia — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

We've stayed here many times in the past but this visit was really disappointing. You can literally hear the guests talking from upstairs, downstairs and next door. There is also some kind of building work happening directly next door it feels like you're waking up to a building site every morning with all the very loud banging and workmen shouting. It was actually deafening and very frustrating. I understand this isn't the hotels fault but they should warn their guests beforehand and drop their prices to reflect the impact. I would not have stayed here if I knew I would be woken up every morning by the sound of a sledgehammer knocking through walls. However, I have to say the staff here are excellent. Some reviews say that this is a love hotel but did not feel that way. The hotel felt very clean and quiet at the time we were there. There are a few places to visit near by and the area felt really safe and it had security at the front lobby. The street noise may wake you up but was not a big problem for us. Room was really spacious and bathroom was nice. The thing that I did not like was when I went back down to ask for the Wifi the lady wrote it down on a piece of paper, this piece of paper was a copy of someone else passport information. Minha experiência com esse hotel: A localização é boa, fica perto dos principais passeios pelo bairro de Barranco pode ir caminhando, é próximo de mercado, farmácia, caixa eletrônico Bancos etc. Chegamos antes mesmo do check-in e o recepcionista nos deixou entrar antes OK, na hora mesmo do check-in ele ainda perguntou se preferimos os quartos do fundo ou da frente (ele explicou que os quartos da frente poderia ser um pouco mais barulhento por conta da rua carros buzina etc) optamos pelo quarto dos fundos. O café da manhã não é incluso!!!! Se quiser precisa pagar separado e te levam no quarto (optamos sem o café), quarto bom, limpo cama confortável, travesseiro bom chuveiro ótimo (banheiro que ficamos não tem box, então ao tomar banho molhava todo o chão pois a água escorria na cortina) até aí tudo bem. Na madrugada acordei com barulho dos carros da garagem que davam para os quartos dos fundos, conversa alta de gente e buzina e até hóspedes com som no quarto ligado para esconder o barulho do SXO uma zona toda!!! OK consegui dormir e ao acordar mais barulho, isso 7hs da manhã e mais barulho de som dentro do quarto e barulho de SXO muito alto dos hóspedes, um horror e falta de respeito com os outros hóspedes. Resumindo foi uma péssima noite de sono, não vá se vc tiver filhos pequenos, não é um hotel familiar, está mais para um motel, ainda bem que era uma noite apenas, não...
