Inkari Suites Hotel — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

I had to ask to change rooms because they host a Karaoke on weekends and I couldn't sleep.||||The water on the sink smelled like sewage and I had to leave the bathtub faucet open for a few minutes until the water stopped coming out yellowish instead of clear.||||I had the worst check-out experience I ever had.||||First, they said my iron burned through the sheets days before and simply charged me for that without telling me anything about it when it allegedly happened or showing me the damage, so I just have to trust their word, shut up and pay it.||||The whole process took about 30 minutes and I had to push them to make it faster because I had my taxi waiting for me outside.||||In the end, I had to make 2 separate payments because they messed up the first one, and the invoice they gave is 15 dollars short when compared to my credit card bill.||||I tried to deal with the situation by email and by phone, but they keep trying to explain the situation instead of giving me an invoice for the missing 15 dollars. Nice hotel with comfortable beds. Elevator, bar/restaurant main level, couches, karaoke upstairs. We have stayed 2 times now. Last year 3 people in one standard room and this year 3 people in 2 rooms with jacuzzi tub. Our king bed was super soft and comfortable with a memory foam mattress. Our daughter said that her bed was very hard and uncomfortable this time. We believe it was a roll-away that was added at the last minute due to some complications with our room (we arrived between 11:30 pm and 12:30 am. We waited and we were accomodated).) Normally we only use the shower in hotels but since it was very clean and we used the Jacuzzi. The water was very hot and we were able to fill it and still have warm water to shower after.||||We have stayed at the Inkari Apartments which we prefer because there is more room for a family and more options ie bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living...

0 STARS! The whole building needs renovation. Everything is dirty. The breakfast buffet was horrendous. I did an early check in for $30 extra just to find a filthy room (see pics). The toilet was not working, the bathtub had mold & stains. The bed sheets also had stains. I immediately asked for a refund because I did not want to stay there. After one hour of trying to get my money back they refused to give it back, but offered to give me a better suite. I have been up for more than 36 hours from working & traveling & I just wanted to sleep so I accepted their offer. After going up to the new room, I find the air conditioning was not working. It was hot & humid & i was sweating making it an impossible environment to sleep. I went back down & after 2 hours of arguing they finally gave me my money back.
