4D Salaverry — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Luscious, almost decadent caffé con panna (espresso with lots of whipped cream) and creamy ice cream, very reminiscent of the true Italian Gelato are but two of the things you absolutely have to try at 4D. The hardest task might be that of choosing only three ice cream flavors for your cup, which comes to the table in a nicely frozen metal coup with a biscuit straw. The quality of the coffee itself is also very nice. The ambient is comfortable and full of natural light, very welcoming. Service is very kind and fast and it is a very pleasant place where to spend some time (and some money, as it is a bit more expensive than most other coffee shops and ice cream parlors, but the high quality justifies the price). They even have ice cream on a stick covered with dark chocolate, rightly named "pinguino", but unfortunately with an umlaut on the u (mimicking an American brand which has nothing to do with the "Pinguino" chocolate covered ice cream invented in Torino, Italy in 1884 !). 4D sede Salaverry MALTRATAN A CLIENTES ADULTOS MAYORES Y CON MASCOTAS!!! Los sábados mi madre adulto mayor, mi mascota de soporte emocional y yo solemos hacer paseos en la avenida Salaverry por lo que decidimos entrar a comer un helado a 4D, así que metí a mi cachorrita de raza mini de dos meses de edad (20 cm) en su mochila transportadora e ingresamos al local. Cuando ya estábamos sentadas, el mesero de muy mala manera me ordenó de manera muy grosera que me retirará porque estaba prohibido el ingreso de animales adentro del local, sin tener consideración con mi madre adulta mayor y con mi mascota de soporte emocional.

SUGERENCIAS: Deberían contar con un espacio pet friendly. Si no cuentan con ese lugar, debería haber un encargado en la entrada para informar a los usuarios que no se puede ingresar con mascotas. Deberían tener más consideración y hacer excepciones en caso de adultos mayores y de personas con mascotas de soporte emocional que estaba dentro de su transportador y no originaba molestias, más aún cuando cuento con los documentos que acreditan que es de soporte emocional. El mesero nisiquiera me consultó. Deberían capacitar a sus meseros para que atiendan al cliente con amabilidad porque no somos adivinos de las restricciones de su local. Para no irnos con el antojo, pagué 63 soles por 03 helados para llevar, los cuales me entregaron en la puerta. Con esto quiero decir que el precio al ser tan alto no ofrece la calidad de atención al usuario que deberían brindar. No hay sillas o bancas al rededores de 4D por lo que después de caminar algunas cuadras alrededor tuvimos que comer paradas, lo cual fue muy incómodo para mi madre adulta mayor.

Nothing interesting about this place. The waiters are anxious: they don’t take the time to talk to you expect to ask you for options (extra ice-cream, large coffee or decaf) without saying anything about the extra charges. Our Americano price jumped from 8.9 soles to 15.3 soles!!!

We payed 120 soles and got almost nothing. How it s possible they charge a small cup of cow milk for 10 soles??!
