Hostal Apurimak — Hotel in Puno

Firstly the staff are lovely, no English spoken but that was no problem as they smile and that's pretty much international for it's all good. ||||I was fortunate enough to stay on Friday and Saturday and the street markets are directly in front of the hostel and goes on for streets and streets. I never found the end of it...bliss! ||It's very near the port where you can catch boats to the floating islands and an interesting 5 minute walk to the supermarket ( Plaza Vea ) ||||I paid less for a single room to myself than I paid for most dorm rooms in hostels in Peru. Fue el Hotel mas económico de todos en mi viaje a Perú (Cusco, Puno, Pisac, Ollantaytambo y Machu Picchu). La mitad que otros. Por eso sería injusto igualarlo a los demás. No se destacaron por su amabilidad en la atención, pero no tuvimos problemas. Nos cuidaron las mochilas mientras fuimos al Titicacca. No hubo problema con el agua caliente y el wifi fue aceptable. Las camas y almohadas eran duras. La limpieza normal.|| Esta frente a un mercado de verduras. Al principo nos asustamos, pero no molestó.||Puno no es lindo. Las construcciones en general son feas, como a medio terminar. Y este Hotel no desentona. Esta cerca de la Termional Terrestre, del Puerto donde salen las Lanchas, y lejos ( unas 7 u 8 cuadras) de la Plaza de Armas y calles principales con Restaurantes,...
