We arrived in Puno feeling slightly ill and this really was the perfect place for that.
The hostel aptly named Cozy, was just that! They have a huge TV that they welcome you to use, this includes hundreds of films and Netflix (all included)
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering you eggs for breakfast and ensuring everything is perfect along the way.
Breakfast is reasonably verified, with cheese, ham, juice, yogurt and sugar puffs (and more).
The beds in the dorms are unbelievably comfy with plenty of blankets to keep ridiculously warm through the cold weather.
The only issue is the showers were cold but that's too be expected getting closer and closer to Bolivia.

Nevertheless, the guy at the reception (I don’t remember the name unfortunately) was very kind and nice, so he made the atmosphere great.
