Hotel Presidente — Hotel in Trujillo

Excellent quality/price ratio in my experience. Bedrooms are essential (e.g. no bedside lamp) but beds are very confortable, clean and quiet. I slept better here than in a four star hotel in the same city! The owner is very kind and tries his best to makes visitors feel confortable. The location is great - a quiet road behing the plaza de armas, and there is free wifi in the room. Breakfast could be improved - there is no buffet but the waitress brings you a freshly made omelette and coffee -adding some freely available fruit would be...

Llamé para hacer una reserva directente y me ofrecieron precio corporativo con descuento y un taxi de recogida en el aeropuerto a un precio menor al estandar.||Al llegar no habian coordinado el taxi...llegué y no tenía ni un poco la pinta de lo que se veía en las fotos.||||Me dieron una habitacion básica, descuidada en su mantenimiento. Con un olor a viejo y guardado.||||Almenos tenia unos 4 canales de cable de los conocidos.||||El baño no tenía cerradura.....y tenía la tubería expuesta.||||El cobro fue otra historia me dijeron 100 soles...pero al llegar me dijeron 150...siendo las 10pm....luego al ver que no acepté el precio me ofrecieron en 120 soles...aclaré que mi reserva fue por 100 soles...y con la peor gana del mundo me emitieron un recibo...no factura...recibo...debí pagar por adelantado...supongo que para que al ver la habitacion y ya estando pagada no saliera corriendo.||||Mi estadía era por 3 noches...pero decidí solo permanecer 1 noche y eso porque ya era tarde.||||No...
