Unfortunately our meal here was not up to scratch. We ordered a soup each and a salad bowl each. My broccoli soup was cold which was devastating as I was desperate for a hot meal. When I say cold, I mean completely cold. Not even warm. I was too embarrassed to say anything to the young staff on shift. My vegan bowl was actually very tasty. The chicken was cold on the oriental bowl and just lacked care upon making. We would eat here again as maybe it was a one off, but after reading the comments it doesn’t appear so. I have dietary needs and they got my order wrong (despite me specifying twice that I wanted the vegan option on the menu). After trying a spoonful I realised it was dairy yoghurt. I couldn’t eat the rest and sent it back, however they still charged me for the whole meal and said their menu was clear because there was a photo of the dish. First, this is not a vegetarian restaurant like described on Google maps. Big parts on the menu are with chicken. I ordered the nugget de quinua. After waiting around 45 minutes after ordering, I received a plate which looked like a pre dish. A small salat without dressing and the very small and few nuggets without any dip.
