Hostal Sol Imperial — Hotel in Wanchaq

Not really sure how to rate this place, but it was for sure a strange place.||On arrival we had a smooth check-in and they even spoke English at the reception. ||We were tired and went straight to our room to sleep, but after an hour two guy came to our room with tea and were quite pushy for smalltalk - nothing bad, just a little strange.|On the day we should check out we were woken up at 7.00 by knocking at the door. One of the guys (Non-English speaking) was back, this time he just wanted to confirm that we were checking out before 11.00 - not sure why, but we didn't enjoy being woken up at that time. |When checking out they had messed up in our payment and they changed their mind about the payment being OK and not several times. Each time we left to get a taxi and had to come back - not sure what was going on.||Our room had a nice size, was clean and had decent beds. For most of our two days stay we didn't have water for showering, washing hands or flushing the toilet. When we had water in the shower you get a electric shock from the water heater when adjusting the temperature - scary. ||Last, the place is extremely noisy. Realizamos a reserva previamente para três adultos. Na noite anterior ao check-in, o proprietário enviou um whatsapp confirmando a reserva e horário de chegada. Respondemos com o horário e perguntamos o valor em soles. O proprietário respondeu e para nós estava ok! ||||Chegando no local a recepcionista disse não haver a reserva pq não demos ok no preço. Não demos ok pq para nós já estava confirmado! No fim, não tinha reserva, não puderam ajudar em outra acomodação e não podiam fazer nada. Tivemos que sair à noite caçando outro lugar para dormir.
