When I was checking in the staff have charged US$216 instead of US$71 from my credit card because they thought that US$71 was the cost of 1 night despite the fact it was the cost of 3 night.||There were no towels in my room and the toilet paper was not in the toilet but in the main room.||Next day I discovered that there is no cleaning service in the hotel. I asked for towels and the stuff pulled out some some dirty towels from a trash black bag for me.||My room was “Deluxe Double...

😊: I had a wonderful stay at the Daylu Hotel in Cusco. The area around the hotel is really nice and offers a great atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and filled with natural sunlight throughout the day, which made it feel warm and inviting. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring. Overall, a great experience with a cozy, clean, and welcoming environment.
