Cozy Stay with Garden Vibes, Some Noise but Quiet at Night ✨

The stay was very cozy. The Airbnb is about a 10-15 minute walk from Burnham, so it’s very accessible to town. The unit has slippers provided, a TV with Netflix, and a kitchen with a stove you can cook with. The bathroom is nice, and the hot water works well, which is very important.

There were a total of 3 beds, but only 1 comforter (the one upstairs). I ended up using one of the bedsheets as a makeshift comforter. There were no free bottled water or hygiene kits, just 1 toilet paper roll and 1 small soap.

The place is located along the road, so there’s a little noise, and it can be a bit tricky to find since it’s somewhat hidden. Because it’s one whole house separated into different rooms, you can also hear people talking from outside. But the good thing is, they’re very strict about quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, so it doesn’t really affect your sleep.

It’s nice and relaxing once you’re inside—especially with the mini garden in front and a table with chairs where you can sip coffee in the morning and enjoy the Baguio breeze.

We stayed for 1 night here and so far it exceeded our expectation given its price? this is definitely worth it and highly recommended. The place is quiet and peaceful with lots of space/area to chill to, plus it's just a 3-5 minutes walk to Burnham Park (Children's Playground area) which is an advantage already.

The staff and owner were really kind and considerable as they manage to allow us to park our vehicle on their vicinity ahead of time of our check-in since we're having problems finding a parking spot in Burnham Park.

*Ma'am Cathy and her assistant, Ma'am Maricris were really attentive to our questions/request before arrving, during our stay and upon checkout. *The apartment assigned to us and the whole JCGA property was well maintained and the mood is very relaxing even if is just beside the main road. *The location is a big plus as it is just a few steps away from the Burham Park and walkable to nearby attractions/restaurants/shops. *The pricing for their accommodation is very competitive and the value you get is more the what you paid for.
