Skeletal staff but some tried to truly do more than their best and with a smile. I slipped on the floor and regardless of how I slipped I was blamed. The front office heard me ask for help ( I was so embarrassed on the ground asking for help) no staff came until a guest having a snack jumped up to help me and said that they were so unresponsive and I was in the state of shock. I then asked for Ice and it was the guest who helped. The worse was while they front office agent knew I was in dire need she still continue to check in guests without even showing me it mattered that I was down on the ground w an ankle that snapped.||Shortly after I was taken to my room and then I had to personally call for someone to conduct immediate therapy in which I payed for. The following day I was able to think things through after being in shock then called the front office to ask for the manager and the repose was she is BUSY. I then said okay “ can you pls tell her to pls call me to find out details.” Their response “ She is Busy yet again” I then followed up and at that point stated why would it have to be me to pin her down knowing there was an accident on the premise “ she then started to argue w me” I then said can you pls at least come to my room and have a properly conversation with me since I can’t move and have my leg elevated she still refused and said let me call the ambulance on you then I said don’t you think you should check on me first then started to switch gears and state I was flustered in which at that time I was but made it clear I just wanted someone yo help me since I was in pain. Ended up having to go down and when I said you do know that when a customer begs for your help you should at least care enough then I said that the customer as a saying is right especially if she fell and was injured. She then said NO that’s not true customers are never really right. I was in shock then she proceeded to grudge the left me in the front office instead of pacyfing the situation she made it worse. Also I was served reheated (yes we asked to reheat as they offered and my food was rotten) that same lady then blamed it on me. I found out that she is related to the owner in which likely made her feel above her customers. As a manager one should always be calm, in tact and not exaggerate infact apologize if someone fell. Then the kicker she told me it was my fault for tripping. Are they in the service history and if so, why make your customer anxious knowing they lost one day of vacation payed time and was bed ridden? They least they can say is A- sorry B- is there anything we can do and C- not blame the customer.||Bathroom was pretty smelly and the floor was like a sticky restaurant dirty floor. I’m so sorry to say such but if there wasn’t a fowl attitude from the manager who was never available always in their AC office and frowning with entitlement issues that place has so much potential. Okay lang sana, we arrived really late like 9pm and the front desk there was very helpful.
The one that makes our stay really bad are the staff. In the morning while having coffee the front desk are singing videoke instead in the office so you cant find anyone to talk to or ask anything about inquiries.
And we had late breakfast with my kids, at this time, we are undecided weather we are going to stay or not because its not season for surfing and the place has no beach because their place is under construction. So we told them that we are just going to go around first just to see if we will be staying more.
We went out at around 10:30, to see. If mynkids could find a surfing school. But this season the sea was very calm so we decided that there no point of staying .
We went back at exactly 1:59 and the employees are gathered together chatting and laughing so I greeted them and i told the im checking out already. She rudely said i will be charge again because of i over stay. I said i haven’t over stayed yet because , i showed her my phone , it 1:59, and it would just take 2 mins to take my things in the room. I said why would you charge me again if i will check out exactly 2:00. She was very rude and the facial reaction she has make me feel very angry. She was even chewing gum while talking. I even told her that I check in very late , it would be nice if she could just adjust for few mins.
She finally realized that and said yes but the stress was done already. Instead of checking out with full satisfaction they made us feel unwelcome anymore and made my kids rush even took our luggage on our own because no one was there to help.
The staff that you have are very untrained and doesn’t know How to fix small misunderstanding.

Read moreIt’s our second time to stay here today, and it hasn’t been as pleasant as the previous one. Some staff members have been quite unhelpful so far. First, our PWD companion asked for some help in calling a trike, and the staff refused outright, saying no trikes frequent the area at that time (around 8:30pm). Just 5 minutes later, my PWD companion got a trike on her own. Another incident, my companion picked the wrong breakfast for me by mistake. I politely asked the kitchen staff to please replace it with my correct choice and returned it. Minutes later, again, the staff refused. She went to our table to tell me that I picked that dish so I’m not allowed to replace it. How hard could it be to change that check mark on a piece of paper? Third, I asked one staff about the foot massage rate. She said it was 500 (she sounded unsure, to be fair). When the massage therapist arrived, she said the rate was actually 900 per hour, which was expensive even for Manila standards, and nearly twice the amount I was informed. I had to cancel and apologize, and I just gave a tip to the therapist for the hassle. Overall, the stay is still okay, and the rooms are spacious and clean, and has a spectacular view.
