This croud gave rooms to agoda to sell, we bought 2 for 2 nights and received confirmation from agoda. Post validation of our booking by the hotel, the hotel decided that the rate we we're paying was too low and cancelled our booking. We received no notification of this and turned up at the hotel to checkin. We were informed at that time that our booking had been cancelled due to circumstances beyond their control. This was a total lie and we received the email trail, where they admitted to cancelling for the above reason, but also to attempting to transfer us without consent to their words, "any other available property" This would undoubtably be an inferior property and we'd paid for the high standard that theirs is!! Disgusting unprofessional behavior, no regard for clients rights or the fact they breached a valid contract and then tried a foboff to avoid refunding us. Unbelievable, recommend avoid at all costs this property, if you wish to avoid being subjected to this...

I would like to express my deep disappointment with this hotel. They completely ruined my cousin’s first birthday visit to Cebu. I booked and paid for a 3-night stay (January 17-20) well in advance, specifically to celebrate his birthday during Sinulog.

To ensure everything was in order, I even called their hotline a week before the booking, and they confirmed that my reservation was secure. However, just two days before our scheduled booking, I received a message from the hotel stating that they could no longer honor my reservation due to a system glitch. Our flight to Cebu was in two days and we suddenly had nowhere to stay.

This last-minute cancellation caused immense stress and inconvenience, making it the most frustrating booking experience I have ever encountered. I will never book...

I don't know how other travellers define "good" or "excellent" but we can't say the same based on our standards. Yes, staff were accommodating and pleasant but that's it.||||1. Room was hot since the AC gets turned off every single time we left the room.||2. Sheets were stained. Yuck. ||3. Very limited breakfast options. ||4. Room looked VERY different in photos. Our fault though, since we were deceived.||5. Shower head was broken I suppose since water coming out if it were just going to different directions.||||The only thing I liked here is that it is in the center of everything. We were able to walk to Larsians without breaking a sweat and most cab drivers knew where the hotel was.||||If you're traveling for the first time in Cebu, I highly recommend you...
