Worst restaurant experience ever!! Asked for a recommendation and the waiter, Ram, gave me a meal for two people without telling me. I was eating on my own! He clearly was just trying to exploit me for money and had no intention of good customer service. Of course I asked to change my meal as I couldn't eat two portions but he claimed it was my fault and dismissed everything I said. No apology was given from him, he lied to my face in front of other staff and I could tell he was so smug about the whole thing. I ended up paying the full price for his wrong-doing and feeling so unwelcome it ruined my night. The worst thing is I bet he won't even be told off for it. I have been to this restaurant & it's main branch @ the Gallery, along the old San Jose de la Montaña Rd, several times. Their food is like home cooking. The one (1) bad thing about this restaurant & it's branch is the fact that they don't give full senior citizen discount of 20%, even when you present the card issued by OSCA. You have to ask them how they compute the discount, before they give the government approved 20% discount for senior citizens.
