“Ruined our vacation ” This is a fair warning to anyone looking to book this hotel. The only nice thing about this hotel is the location. The bed is super hard. I booked a 2 nights for my mon and it's her first time in Cebu. Me and my bf also booked a separate room. So 2 rooms in total. Me and my bf checked in at around 12nn and we were able to settle in our room at 1pm. But I specifically asked the front desk person if I can check in on behalf of my mom coz she will arrive around 4pm. That way I can secure a large bed to her. The font desk said that they will block a large bed for her but they will not guarantee that both rooms will be on the same floor. My mom arrived at the hotel at exactly 4 pm but she had to wait for 30 mins coz her room is not ready. They also gave her a room with twin beds on a different floor. So all my efforts to explain to the front desk were just wasted. The AC in our room was leaving and the water drops are too noisy we could not sleep. so they transferred us in the middle of the night the 2nd room was worst coz we can hear a concert outside for consecutive nights. The breakfast is the worst. they only have limited and tasteless options and the egg station was so busy. The guy manning the station was also very rude coz he was probably tired and he was alone. On the second day, nobody cleaned our rooms even if we called the operator to request it and even asked the front desk and light up the make-up room button. And their last blow was, my mom has a flight at 6 AM and she checked out at 3:30 AM. Because she won't be able to avail the breakfast, They gave her a small sandwich with ham and cheese that tastes so bad. Really cheap hotel. The water in the pool was so dirty and murky. Their bath towels are also full of stains too and they are dirty and smelly. There are a lot more negative things I can point out about this hotel but in summary, I would pay not more than 800 pesos per night here coz in the outside it looks nice but inside it's just...

Cons food at resto is a bit pricey & not a lot of choices, also you pay 50php for 500ml water but can get it for 20php from nearby stores, there's a 711 just around the bend resto takes time to prepare your food so better order in advance or starve, grabfood or foodpanda arrives faster shower cubicle has no door, water would always splatter outside only one stool/chair available, no backrest so not comfortable if you'd be working on your laptop for even just an hour only 2 towels + 1 foot towel provided, no face/hand towels minibar only has a chiller, not a mini fridge. can't have ice when you want it. pool area could get too hot from midday to afternoon since it's on the roofdeck on our 1st night, there's a sound from outside like a karaoke or loud music that only stopped around midnight, not sure if it's from a function at the roofdeck or from neaby establishments Waited the whole day on our 2nd day for housekeeping to at least take out the trash, nobody came even when notified. Run out of toilet paper, trash is piling up, towels are filthy. When they finally showed up the next day, only took out trash & changed towels, linens, did not thoroughly sweep the floor, did not mop, did not clean bathroom floor. Read moreVery disappointed with our stay this time! We tried to contact the hotel directly via the given contact number to let them know we would be arriving very late many times and nobody picked up our call, the phone was ringing but unanswered. (See image)
We arrived shortly after 10:20pm, once we checked in, we requested at the front desk 2x extra pillows and 2x extra large towels. These are charged extra and non-refundable.
It was nice we were given the same room as on our last visit. The extra pillows and towels arrived quickly to us in the room. However the problems started there.
Upon inspection of the bedding we discovered found a number of black stains on the bed sheet. Some were directly hidden under the blue decorative bed ribbon.
The 2x extra pillows we requested and paid for had big orange coloured stains visible through the linen pillowcases. (See images)
The 2 extra large towels we requested and paid for were old, grey and also had stains on them. (See images)
It took 2 calls to front desk, and under 30mins for housekeeping to show up.
Finally once everything was sorted its was over almost an hour from our first call to the front desk!
We told the housekeeping team to inform the duty manager and front desk that we would like a response back. We showed the house keeping Team the images we had taken and informed them we would be checking out at early around 8am.
Come 8am, we checked out and no response was given to us for the poor housekeeping standard during our second, one night stay.
Such a same, as we will be returning to Cebu 02 to 05 Dec 2023 and have now chosen a different hotel.
