Over all this place is good, value for your money. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is quite fast and the staff very accommodating. We visited on May, it's a Monday and stayed for 3 days, the place is not that busy. The breakfast buffet cost approx ₱300 ($5.50) and it's okay. They have a wide variety of menu. From the viands to the fruits and the juices / coffee. The rooms are good too, although the bathroom we had needs some fixing. The shower cannot be place on its holder, making it a little difficult to take a shower. But over all, the beds are comfortable and their linens and clean. The hygienic kits are also available. The location is great, it's near Fuente Circle and near a lot of establishments where you could go for grocery, buy delicacies for souvenirs, and maybe even breakfast... there's Starbucks and Bo's Coffee nearby.

Not so happy with the time staying here. 1. The TV do not have signal and it did not work the whole time I stayed. 2. They did not place towels ahead of time, I need to call them and let them know that there is no towel. 3. Their lobby and elevator smells so bad at a certain time. 4. They have hot and cold shower, but it is not working.

I had a bad experience of this Hotel. I called them last week of March and Inquired a venue for a birthday party and asked them if they have available Function room on April 27, they said they have so I went to the hotel to check the place and was asking for a higher ceiling because we want to rent an inflatable slides for kids since it is a kiddy party and they showed me their ballroom function area so I asked them if it's available on April 27 and they said yes!! The next day I went to the hotel again and paid 50% down payment for them to block and reserve the date for my son's birthday. To my surprise after a week, their Manager called and told me that they need to transfer me to a different function room because the ballroom is not available on the date I requested because someone already booked the place first for 300 pax and the event is for 5 days so I asked them why did they inform me after a week? and how come they weren't able to see in their schedules that the function room is already reserved for someone else?? The Manager did not answer and hung up on me and tried to call her back but she didn't answer. I even texted her but she did not respond. After I paid the reservation, they even sent me the contract confirming the booking with their "manager's" signature! Then I received a call from their Sales and I was asking if i could speak to their manager but she said that she is no longer available. They apologized and told me that there is miscommunication they said that the customer paid since January and recommended me to transfer to another hotel!! if there's a miscommunication, they should have informed me the next day after I paid the downpayment but I don't believe in them. They probably want to prioritize the other customer because they booked 300 pax and i booked 100pax only. I felt cheated and misled by the hotel's staff and their lack of professionalism in handling reservations!! I was very disappointed and angry because I already made an invitation and sent it to my guests. I even planned the designs already and showed the area to the decorator so they can measure the stage for the Tarpaulin and they have printed it early as well. The place is nice and was very happy at first but in the end, I had to scramble to find another venue for the party at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience for me and my guests. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone looking for event venues, as they cannot be trusted to fulfill their promises and...

If I could give this place less than one star I would. First off upon entering the building there is a musty funky smell . In the elevator it smelled like cat piss and feet. The hallway carpet was stained, light fixtures hanging off the wall. Upon getting to the room it didn't get much better. The tv was broken on the front but somehow managed to turn on. There were numerous stains down the wall . The air con was taped together. We figured this is what we get for low budget. As long as there weren't any bugs we would be ok. Well after leaving to go sight see we came back to the room. There were 4 roaches in the bathroom. One was climbing up the shower curtain. I went to call the front desk and the phone receiver popped out... it has been held onto the main phone by tape as well. I plugged it in and had another roach run across the night stand. Also we accidentally pressed the button for floor #2 instead of 4 where we were located. As the doors opened for floor 2 the hallway was dimly lit, a light flickered in the distance and it looked like the beginning to a horror movie or the twilight zone. I was scared a slimy tentacle would emerge from the dark...

We choose the hotel because it was near & they're all just walking distance to few Halal food restaurants (Persian Palate) since it's not easy to get halal food here. Includes the malls & the money changer.||||Plus - the safest hotel that's the nearest to the halal food restaurant. ||||We stayed here for one night only, (a transit) before we continue our journey to Malapascua Island.||||The room condition was just average. The rooms looked old, the lights were all dimmed, one was not working but overall it was okay for our one night stay & we barely stayed in the room.||||The staffs were very accomodative, polite, helpful & friendly including along the reservation processes. Eventhough it took days for them to reply every email, but they arrange everything nicely. Except the van booking which I booked two, they sent me one. ||||They're kind enough prepared light breakfast for us before our journey to Oslob. (2 eggs & a slice of watermelon).||||Overall, it was okay for us because we dont look for luxury, just a...
