Absolutely Disgusting Experience, TOOTH IN FOOD!!!!!

I ordered a burger steak in Grab Food from Jollibee mango avenue branch cebu city, expecting a normal meal. But halfway through eating, I bit into something hard. I spit it out, washed it in the sink, and to my absolute horror, it turned out to be someone’s broken tooth, not a bone, but someone's broken tooth as I could still see the root and feel the hard enamel of the tooth. What is happening to Jollibee, where has the crunchie crispy chicken gone , twice now i've been in three months and both times the chicken skin has been a sickly soggy mess, I go for the crispy chicken sandwich, the picture looks great but once you receive it's very soggy, my wife ( Filipino) had the super meals she loved it but the chicken not good , please Jollibee bring back the crunch.
