Driveway Larangan — Restaurant in Cebu City

Went there for a dinner with my partner and this restau is the worst among the seafood restaurants we've tried. What makes it worst?? Bad quality service because the place is understaffed (only met 2 staffs who entertained all customers) Flies, and mosquitoes everywhere Service spoons, tongs were not separated properly (there were oils all over the service utensils, and it's just stuck in one bucket with unchanged water) Shrimp is unlimited but they only serve one set at a time (you need to finish the set before asking for a refill, and it takes time before the refill arrives. take note the set only has 12-13 pcs of shrimp) Sauce for the shrimp isn't that great chicken is okay but not satisfying since the parts used are backbones and neck they serve hotdog and squid ball but it smells funny. one positive review is their tahong (mixed seafood) it tastes good.

I'm giving this place 2 stars because I like the shrimp. This place is called driveway larangan but they don't have larang. I asked them and they said they used to have it but they replaced their soup with some small clams (not sure if it's only during the time I ate there). The food is less than ok and the crabs are very small. The only thing that is worth the 299 is the unlimited shrimp. I had the shrimps cooked in spicy sauce and it tasted really good. And oh, you also pay extra for the drinks.

About the place, it's kind of an open area so no aircon and you cook the shrimp in your table so expect it to be hot. I also saw a few flies around.

At first, waiting for your number to be called is somewhat worth it as we thought. As soon as we are called, we are super disappointed by the 1hr and 30mins time to enjoy our food. It was the weekend, and I thought enjoying the night here will be cool but I was wrong. I know it's a self-service restaurant.

Let's talk about the place, it is given that there will be flies since it is along the driveway but they should have put more fans to at least keep the flies away. And you can't even enjoy a little privacy while eating because you need to share a table with other people.
