3 Pizza Station — Restaurant in Cebu City

Me and my boyfriend discovered this place a few years back and ate a lot there ever since. We visited on special occasions like valentine's last year, group get-togethers, surprise birthday parties, or on Sundays. They have really nice staff that recognized us since we ate there a lot in 2023-2024, ambience was always great, and the food never disappointed. By far it's our favorite restaurant.

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience as of last month (?). Me and my boyfriend decided to eat out for dinner here. We rang our bell for the menu but the staff didn't hear which was okay obviously. We rang a second time but nobody heard; which again was fine. But when we rang a third time, a little louder than the previous, one of the servers said "wait lng!" in a rude tone. We took it lightly and simply laughed it off after getting our order.

We always ordered a 14-inch signature pizza, but this time we added two solo chicken cause we hadn't eaten the whole day (the waitress came back and said only a 12 inch was available too, but we didn't mind since we had chicken and we were probably gonna take out the leftovers). While we waited the place was awfully quiet unlike before where whenever we came, there was always some music playing.

So we waited close to an hour until the same waitress came back with our order of chicken but told us they couldn't serve us our pizza because they had no more stock(?) and they only portioned out another customer's order. It was incredibly frustrating because had we been told earlier we would have canceled our order and ate elsewhere no problem. Instead, we had to wait an hour only for our main dish to be canceled and still had to pay for the chicken (which again, we would've just canceled the order).

Would obviously still eat there again, this is just one bad incident contrasting to how lovely this place is overall. I hope you'd see our experience as an opportunity to better our...

Passing by here whenever I do walks in the city. First time trying here and ordered the combo meal 2 where it includes 2 pc chicken, rice, spag, one slice of their signature pizza and a glass of iced tea. I'll start with the iced tea because twas all sugar 😅 would prolly order coke next time. The chicken were big and was seasoned great, kinda like it, tho was not happy of the gravy, too salty for me. The slice of pizza was good, I'd say it's best to order a full size one. But what caught me most was the flavourful spag! I love it. Stop putting hotdogs in your food!!!!! It ruins the quality. I was so disappointed the first time I ordered a pizza through foodpanda. The pizza had hotdogs in it. You guys should have indicated that there’s hotdogs in it so I wouldn’t have ordered it. We gave it another chance and ordered the second time and oh boy it was the worst and we will never order from this place again. We ordered penne pasta and it had hotdogs in it again!!!! Why would you put hotdogs in penne pasta??? Just why??? Hotdogs are only for filipino pasta like filipino style spaghetti but not penne.
