Just a few things. The crew did not clean the table properly and yet let the customer sit on it. Did not take the initiative to clean the messy table until the customer called for it as if they did not see that it was sticky (probably from the previous customer). Do not let your crew serve customers with a heavy expression on their faces, it turns the customer's mood down. You have a suggestion box but you do not provide pen and paper for the customers? Seriously? You do not even provide a waste bin for the bones. what do you mean by those, just let the customers find ways how to gather those wastes? You do not provide tissues on the tables. When eating, especially the likes of yours wherein it is unlimited, you should have provided tissue on the tables for the customers to use when the food smudges on their cheeks or hands. A tissue is needed in a table of food. DO NOT ASSUME that all customers remembers your rules. Regardless if they are new or not, you MUST run through your rules again for them to remember. THIS IS TO AVOID PROBLEMS.

Read moreive been dining here even during the pre-pandemic era and one main thing i've noticed in the recent yrs is that their "unli wings" are not just wings anymore. before, they used to serve lots of chicken wing parts, but now they seem to be limiting that serving per table/customer. when u ask for another round of chicken, instead of "unli wings", they serve u more of the other chicken parts instead. kinda deceitful on the concept of "unli wings", no? i wish they were still consistent with that :/
taste-wise, their flavors are still yummy. the staff are still quite quick to have their customers seated asap, despite the influx of customers. just hoping as well that despite of how many customers they have, they are also attentive to ALL of the customers — even the ones who only come in small groups. since, i've noticed that they tend to cater the bigger groups faster.

Things that I don't like. The flavored chicken wings are not that good I ate one chicken drumette that it tasted like it was rotten or it may had been in the freezer for a long time and still they fried and served it. There are more drummettes than chicken wings. They have unli drinks but most of the sodas are not available.
Things that I like. My experience with their crew that time was really good they are very accomodating, smiling and friendly. That's why I gave it a 5 rating even if I didn't liked their chicken. They gave you option to choose from and asks if it's your first time etc. The service was fast it took me less than 10mins to wait plus I'm okay with it they gave me a heads up at the start so it was all good.
