쥔좝 안좃킨한대 카바나 호텔로 얘야쿠 하시어야부 하무닙다. (같은 숙소주인데 씨뷰라고 안적혀있으면 위치자체가 다릅니다!! 사기임 ) 가든뷰 쪽은 위치가 뒷편 즉 주소가 아예 다릅니다 하지만 카바나호텔은 아브 찌옥 이 ㅇ ㅕ섭 쒸뷰가 믜챳습니다 딘쨔 좃읍니덕 직워는싸그아즤가 업슙늬다 그러니 즈어기만 얘야구 하세요 츠암고로 므안약 다쉬 그아개 된댜므언 그어기 또 가알 얘즈앙 임니다. 아 즥원이 최악입니다. 문제생기면 힘들수도있어요....

“최악의 경험 – 위치 사기, 무례한 직원, 환불 거부"

이 호텔을 예약하기 전에 꼭 읽어보세요. 저는 여행을 하면서 수많은 호텔을 이용했지만, 이렇게 기만적인 운영을 하는 곳은 처음이었습니다. 위치 사기 – 지도와 전혀 다른 장소에 위치 예약한 숙소의 위치를 보고 결정했는데, 도착하자마자 엉뚱한 곳에 위치한 호텔을 안내받았습니다. 여행자는 낯선 환경에서 이동 시간이 중요합니다. 하지만 우리는 완전히 다른 위치에 있는 숙소로 가야 했고, 계획이 모두 틀어졌습니다. 처음부터 사기를 당한 기분이었죠.

책임 회피 – 직원의 불성실한 응대 잘못된 위치 문제를 항의했지만, 호텔 측은 어떤 해결책도 제시하지 않았습니다. 결국 첫날은 다른 호텔을 찾아야 했고, 시간과 에너지를 심각하게 낭비했습니다. 여행에서 가장 중요한 건 소중한 시간인데, 이 호텔은 우리의 시간을 아무렇지도 않게 빼앗았습니다

객실 변경 – 약속된 객실보다 저렴한 방을 제공하고 환불 거부 둘째 날이 되어서야 우리가 원했던 객실을 받을 수 있었지만, 문제는 그 객실이 우리가 지불한 금액보다 저렴한 방이었다는 점입니다. 정당하게 차액 환불을 요구했지만, 호텔 측은 이를 무시했습니다. 고객을 기만하는 운영 방식이라고밖에 볼 수 없습니다.

무례한 직원 – 고객을 조롱하는 태도 가장 충격적이었던 건 직원들의 태도였습니다. 우리의 불만을 무시하는 것은 물론이고, 대놓고 따갈로어로 우리를 험담하는 듯한 대화를 주고받았습니다. 외국인이 못 알아들을 거라고 생각했겠지만, 여행을 다니면서 어느 정도 언어를 이해할 수 있습니다. 고객을 이렇게 무시하는 태도를 보이는 호텔이라면, 다른 손님들에게도 같은 방식으로 대할 가능성이 높습니다.

이 호텔을 이용한다면, 원하지 않는 위치에서 머물게 될 수도 있고, 제대로 된 보상을 받지 못할 수도 있으며, 무례한 응대를 경험할 수도 있습니다. 소중한 여행을 망치고 싶지 않다면 절대 이곳을 예약하지 마세요.

Be sure to read this before you book a hotel. I have used many hotels during my travels, but I have never had such a deceptive operation. Location fraud – located in a completely different location from the map We determined based on the location of the accommodation we booked, and upon arrival we were guided to a hotel located in the wrong place. Travel time is crucial for travelers in unfamiliar circumstances. However, we had to move to an accommodation in a completely different location, and our plans all went awry. It felt like a scam to begin with. Avoidance of Responsibility – Staff's insincere response We complained about the wrong location, but the hotel offered no solution. Eventually, on the first day, we had to find another hotel and seriously wasted our time and energy. The most important thing in travel is precious time, which has taken our time casually. Room change – offer cheaper rooms than promised rooms and refuse refunds We weren't able to get the room we wanted until the second day, but the problem was that it was less expensive than we paid for. The hotel ignored our request for a fair refund on the difference. It can only be seen as a deceptive operation. Disrespectful Staff – Mocking the Customer The staff's attitude was the most shocking. In addition to ignoring our complaints, we exchanged conversations that seemed to be openly gossiping about us in Tagalog. As you might have thought, foreigners won't understand, you will be able to understand the language to a certain extent while traveling. If a hotel shows this disrespect for customers, it is more likely that other guests will be treated the same way.

With this hotel, you may end up staying in an unwanted location, not receiving proper compensation, or experiencing rude reception. Never book here unless you want to ruin a...

Selected Marina Village, due to its location right next to the Sardine shoals at Moalboal.|Its bang in the middle of several restaurants, bars by the coast. No beach to speak of.|The room was decent, quite basic, it was cooled by a Window AC. A decently sized balcony to dry one's scuba gear. |Breakfast coupons were provided on checkin. Basic breakfast. juice / coffee, eggs made to order along with a side of sausage / bacon.|The staff was quite warm and efficient. The cleaning lady would ensure the room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided everyday.||Only complaint was the bathroom had a window over-looking the passage, which people passing by could see into. Actually this resort composes from 2 different locations; the Marina Beach Resort and the Marina Village. The Village is located about 30-40m down the street, just behind the Savedra Dive Shop.||I stayed in the Marina Village for one week, and it's absolutely great for those who don't expect too much, just right for going diving.||The Marina Village rooms have AirCon, separated bathroom w/ toilet and shower (w/ warm water) a fridge, some shelves to put your diving stuff on, and of course the bed.
