Le Bistro Moalboal — Restaurant in Cebu

I came here cause I got a coupon from Moalboal Spa and massage.The staff in the massage told me I can get a free drink(tea or coffee), I was in a hurry to leave so I particularly asked the staff I can get a to-go drink? The staff said yes, so I went there and they staff said I can add 50 pesos for an ice coffee. I paid for it then asked them to make a to-go then they said no only for the dinner 🤷‍♀️Anyway I said to them then give me my 50 pesos back I won’t drink the coffee here cause I’m in hurry to go.They staff talked a bit and gave me unpleasant look.This is not a good service here.If you give the customers a coupon then write the words exactly to show the customers how to use it not ask them to pay more but give bad service like that..they gave me a random plastic cup without a cap🤣🤣🤣how I took it on a tricycle? Enjoyed our food and time here while waiting for our resort's checkin. We had Mango Shake, Cafe Latte, Banana Nutella Waffle (good for 2 already it's huge + so yummy) and Homemade Fries. The place was well-ventilated and we even played some of their board games while waiting for the food. The whole time we stayed here the cafe wasn't too crowded. They have plenty of food options, even vegetarian alternatives for health-conscious peeps.

Staff are welcoming and food serving size is quite hefty. Highly recommend if you're looking for coffee & breakfast stop...

Shakshuka was decent, had some flavor to it but not much spice and the eggs were cooked well. Bread had a nice bite to it and was properly toasted.

Banana Nutella waffle was solid, huge and filling; no complaints at all. Don’t expect the best you ever had and you will be satisfied, I think it was good if your expectations are appropriately in line.

Coffee wasn’t good, but it’s ok, just have to go to the coffee shop for this. Be sure to buy a magnet from the kid selling turtle magnets, they’re a good souvenir, he’s friendly and he’s out...
