It's definitely a mixed bag when you come here, especially since this place is a collection of different merchants and good stalls. There's takoyaki, milk tea, wings, seafood, crepes, and alcohol being served in different establishments, so you have a a bunch of choices. The quality of the food will vary, though I will say I haven't ever been sorely disappointed. The worst Ive had was only mediocre. But there are some excellent places as well. As for service, a lot of the stalls have some extroverted staff to entice you to try their food, of course because of the competition all around. Wait times will depend as well on the number of people around and it can get really crowded especially on weekend evenings, so youll need to follow up on your order if its taking a while. Tortillas were a bright yellow color and taste like foam. I probably should not have eaten it but I was so hungry after a long day. Big disappointment. I ordered a side of rice for 25 pesos which I threw away. The rice was old and hard. I believe business is so bad here they are using old...

Northpoint is their area for drinking and dining. There are a lot of people along the bay. Here at Northpoint, I was looking for oysters, but surprisingly, they don't have any. Hayahay/Lab-as restaurant lists oysters on their menu, but they currently don’t have any available They were the ones who recommended I go to Northpoint. :) But still, no oysters.
