Mexican cuisine is known for its rich flavors and diverse ingredients. Here are some classic and delicious Mexican dishes:

Tacos: Soft or crispy tortillas filled with a variety of ingredients like seasoned meats, seafood, beans, vegetables, and topped with fresh garnishes like cilantro, onions, and salsa.

Enchiladas: Tortillas rolled around a filling, typically of meat, cheese, beans, or vegetables, and covered with a savory sauce.

Guacamole: A creamy dip made from mashed avocados, lime juice, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeños.

Chiles Rellenos: Poblano peppers stuffed with cheese or meat, battered, and fried until golden.

Tamales: Masa (corn dough) filled with meats, cheeses, or sweet fillings, wrapped in corn husks or banana leaves, and steamed.

Pozole: A hearty soup made with hominy, meat (usually pork), and seasoned with chilies and spices, often garnished with cabbage, radishes, lime, and avocado.

Mole: A rich, complex sauce made with ingredients like chilies, chocolate, nuts, and spices, often served over chicken or other meats.

Quesadillas: Tortillas filled with cheese and sometimes meats or vegetables, then folded and cooked until the cheese melts.

Elote: Grilled corn on the cob slathered with mayonnaise, cheese, chili powder, and lime juice.

Churros: Fried dough pastries dusted with sugar and cinnamon, often served with chocolate dipping sauce.

These dishes showcase the vibrant and varied flavors that make Mexican food beloved...

This used to be our favorite food hub but during our visit today, we all believed that the resto's standards have deteriorated-- we were told to wait outside for the table to be cleaned (we waited for more than 15minutes, we were seeing clean tables over the glass panel outside from where we waited but NOBODY came to inform us of its availability, we just approached a server), when we were seated, nobody attended to out orders (we still need to call out the server), when we received our food, the pork sisig was so bland (it was not the usual taste, it used to be our favorite food to order so the taste is so familiar), and the worst part is the sun cooler! It was juat like an eight o'clock packet dissolved in a pitcher of water, with 5pcs of floating tidbits or whatever fruits, lacking sugar!LOLS!! When we tasted it, we unanimously decided to return it to have it changed by the lady server. She took it but returned with the same pitcher & content in like 20 seconds! Hahahha!..and of course, the aweful taste of the yellow colored sugared water came back! We forcibly enjoyed.🤪 The worst moon...

I was looking forward to trying this Mexican restaurant. It is medium size and does a lot of business, maybe that was our problem. We had a party of 7 and ordered a number of items. Two things in particular were wrong. We ordered a pizza as well as several other items. After all was delivered except the pizza, the waiter asked what kind of pizza we had ordered, that was the red flag. A few minutes later he said it would be 15 minutes yet. It takes 12-15 minutes to bake a pie, so obviously, in spite of repeating our order, they forgot an item. Secondly the cheese on the pizza as well as on my Chimichanga was fake mozzarella. Not cool for a Mexican restaurant or a pizza. The pie was also undercooked, gee, I wonder why. When we left, there were a large number of people waiting to get in, so maybe I'm to critical. But I don't think so! All in all, it was a...

The food here is much better than next door. The service was pretty good but we were disappointed with our meal mine arrived first, I had tender loin steak with veg and French fries 🍟 I think they were cooked in France as they were cold when I tried one otherwise the meal was good. My partners food came out at 5 minutes after mine. We are starting to get used to the Philippines' way of serving food. It seems a common thing to serve 1 meal at a time and not everyone at the same time. I asked the waiter why my food was cold when it arrived, and he said it was the aircon. I asked him if it had been cooked a while ago, and he ignored me. That was probably the correct answer. OK, food atmosphere and live music were very good apart from the aforementioned.
