This is the third time I've booked a stay at your hotel, but unfortunately, my last experience was not a good one. The hotel had no TV connection and no Wi-Fi during our stay. Considering the hotel rate compared to the service we received, it was not worth it.
Additionally, the bath towels in the room were old and torn. There was no elevator, which was a major inconvenience. They gave us a deluxe room on the second floor because the standard rooms were on the fourth floor, but since there was no elevator, it was difficult for us. I was traveling with a senior and a one-year-old baby, so taking a room on the fourth floor was not an option.
The bedsheets were not properly cleaned and had stains all over. We initially planned to extend our stay, but since I work online and there was no Wi-Fi, we decided to check out and look for another hotel—one that offered better amenities, even if it was slightly more expensive than People's Hotel.
The management should seriously consider fixing the elevator, especially since they have rooms on the fourth floor. This is crucial for guest satisfaction, particularly for seniors, pregnant women, and those with infants. It seems like the elevator has been out of service for a long time now! Please do something about this, as it will impact your guest reviews and overall reputation.

Read moreThe front desk staff is accommodating and provides information about the area and how to get around the town. Maintenance personnel also are ready to assist. Rooms are very neat, and bed sheets and towels smell authentically clean (not merely smothered with fabcons). Toilet & shower room is clean, and there are no traces of dirt and molds, or stains. Location is walking distance from malls, and is very much accessible to PUVs. WiFi connection is commendable, I was able to answer my emails and Viber messages and held meetings at the lobby area. Another plus is their brewed coffee which is rarely served in other hotels. When I asked for hot water one night, the kitchen staff brought me a thermos of hot water. Corridors are quiet and allow you to have a good night's sleep. There is a refrigerator inside my room but was placed backwards and since I eat at the dining area, it did not really...
Read moreStaff are really nice and friendly from the security staff to all the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff. The elevator was not working but we got a 2nd flr room so it was not that bad. Room was spacious and had a cabinet, desk and mini fridge. AC worked well and was quiet. Bathroom was spacious, has good water pressure and hot water.
They have a business center/snack bar. They used to have Deco's batchoy in the 1st floor but was closed. You can bring food or buy instant noodles from the snack bar and eat in the dining hall that used to be Deco's.
Parking is limited to a couple cars and about 6 motorcycles. There was a really disruptive guest screaming for hours after midnight because of an issue with the electricity or internet and the staff were too nice to call the cops on him. Internet is not reliable but its never reliable in the PI, maybe they can switch to Starlink...
