Customer service was good for the most part. The breakfast guy was really nice. The first night I was there the lady brought a guy into my room at 2:07am though? She then turned on the light and loud bathroom light and started explaining things quite loudly. After I voiced my disappointment at this she took the guest to another room and left the lights on. Then I had to get out of bed and turn the lights off. When I went to further voice my disappointment she didn’t apologise, instead threatened to bring another guest in later.. I was the only guest at the entire hostel when this happened so there were hella free rooms: if that hadn’t of happened I would probably have rated this 5 stars. I was having such a good sleep. I have to say I didn’t get any better sleep the next night. Construction going on next door and the air con is very very loud. I can’t rate higher then 2 stars here guys sorry. Some great customer service after this. But I have to be honest here I wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna drink...

I booked this place last minute after going to another hostel where the price was steeper. This place is very close to the airport and I walked it with my heavy backpack. It’s a 20 min walk for those interested. The location is great just off a main road so it’s not that noisy. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the place is tastefully decorated and clean. I stayed in the 4 bed dorm which was great. There were steps instead of a ladder to the top bunks and lockers as well as a working a/c and en suite bathroom. The pillows were super soft! Wifi works very well even in the dorm. Breakfast was included and consisted of coffee, fresh fruits, and a ham an cheese toast. There are also some sundries available for purchase as well as noodle cups and cold drinks. I would definitely stay here again if...
