Read moreCustomer service was good for the most part. The breakfast guy was really nice. The first night I was there the lady brought a guy into my room at 2:07am though? She then turned on the light and loud bathroom light and started explaining things quite loudly. After I voiced my disappointment at this she took the guest to another room and left the lights on. Then I had to get out of bed and turn the lights off. When I went to further voice my disappointment she didn’t apologise, instead threatened to bring another guest in later.. I was the only guest at the entire hostel when this happened so there were hella free rooms: if that hadn’t of happened I would probably have rated this 5 stars. I was having such a good sleep. I have to say I didn’t get any better sleep the next night. Construction going on next door and the air con is very very loud. I can’t rate higher then 2 stars here guys sorry. Some great customer service after this. But I have to be honest here I wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna drink...
Read moreI booked this place last minute after going to another hostel where the price was steeper. This place is very close to the airport and I walked it with my heavy backpack. It’s a 20 min walk for those interested. The location is great just off a main road so it’s not that noisy. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the place is tastefully decorated and clean. I stayed in the 4 bed dorm which was great. There were steps instead of a ladder to the top bunks and lockers as well as a working a/c and en suite bathroom. The pillows were super soft! Wifi works very well even in the dorm. Breakfast was included and consisted of coffee, fresh fruits, and a ham an cheese toast. There are also some sundries available for purchase as well as noodle cups and cold drinks. I would definitely stay here again if...
