This place would’ve been great if it weren’t for the incompetent service staff and probably the kitchen crew as well. From the start, they made us stay in an area where the aircon wasn’t working. Then the soup we ordered was served barely warm. We were not told from the start that they had no mangoes available so we could not get our green mango salad order. While the atmosphere, interior design, and staff were impressive, the food fell short of expectations. The service was unreasonably slow. The chicken was dry and lacking meat, and the Bicol Express neither looked nor tasted authentic. Due to understaffing, even the guard had to assist as a waiter. The food was good, the atmosphere was a little noisy as we were seated outside the restaurant. Service is lacking as there was no one looking at our area. It was a bit difficult to call on a server as they were too focused on what is on the inside.

Whether it will be busy, the fact that the restaurant is able to put a table outside their restaurant, should they provide someone to look after their customers seated in that area.
