Unfortunately, my family and I were disappointed with this beach resort. First off, this is supposed to be a paying beach property. Which means, there's an entrance fee, yet it was dirty. There's dog feces everywhere. You wouldn't want walking around the sand seeing all that poop everywhere. Someone needs to pick those up for the beach goers to walk freely esp. barefoot without stepping on poops. yuck. Maybe I'm just use to nice beaches here in Saipan but if they could just rake the area, it would be so much nicer. I saw a lot of staff everywhere but I'm unsure if they are hired directly or just from other vendors. The jetski rental and other beach activity rentals are unorganized. Wait is also too long. I don't think it's the wait per se was the issue. It's the unknown feeling. Waiting for unknown. They tell you to wait 5 minutes then no follow up. When you ask them, it's another 5 or 10mins. 30mins later, still waiting. I hate that. The beach water itself is also not clean. Mucky and rocky. ||I added 1 star to my son's jetski experience. My son rents jetski everytime we go to the beach. His jetski experience here in Hadsan was different. More fun, he said. He was allowed to drive freely with an escort. I felt safer that he with someone and he had fun as he is able to drive the jetski everywhere he wishes. Unlike here in Saipan, he gets to drive the rented jetski only in circles, there's a designated route for him to follow which is a bit boring for teens. ||If not for my friends company, we would have left earlier. We stayed awhile mainly in the non-beach area. We just ate, drank and spent time with friends. We could have done that anywhere but here though. No beach fun here for us (except the jetski). ||For a paying beach property, you expect a little more. A little better than this. Will be my last visit here,...

As your first timer customer to book hadsan beach for our team building. I know there is so many beautiful beaches too within lapulapu but we still chose hadsan to be our venue of the said team building.Ofcourse we expect pleasant and on the top customer service experience. We arrive arround 12noon, then pay for the accommodations and then after our team decided to rent karaoke for more fun 'cuz we cannot bring any other bluetooth speaker or just the speaker for music to play. We rented 2k for the karaoke and was set up right after paying the rental fee and was being told that karaoke is only up until 9pm. however I tried to ask the staff if it's possible to stop up until 10pm instead but we'll just minimize the loudness of the karaoke so that we cannot bother and disturb any of the tourists who are enjoying their vacation in hadsan.I did ask permition and ask patiently to this concern. We just want to take advantage the money we pay for rent cuz imagine we arrive late afternoon and rent the karaoke much late we pay 2k for 7 hrs. enjoying the karaoke. We understand the policy but you guys don't even appreciate, thank, understand and even address your customer concern. Is that how you offer or show customer service experience. You have to address the concern, the satisfaction and the source of happiness of your customer and how they want to enjoy in your resort like for example karaoke or what so ever they want to. I know it's a business run but don't just think money you receive from your customers bill but above all it's all matters the best customer service experience in your resort. I'm really frustrated and disappointed of what i experienced in your resort.Address your customer's end for them to give you nice ratings and review cuz they could really help your resort by sharing their experience in your beach.

If using a vehicle: be careful of the humps upon entering from the highway as they are not colored so you might miss those.

Overall, satisfied with: Parking. Good, wide parking space under the trees. The pool is kept clean though not that big. There are lifeguards around and are helpful. No cost to borrow the lifevests. The beach is okay, not too overwhelmingly wide but enough for a good swim. We went on a Sunday where there were quite a number of people. The sea water was kept clean. Staff are friendly, accommodating and professional.

Areas to improve: They need to add more bathrooms and shower areas, past lunchtime there was always a line of maybe 7 to 10 people waiting their turn. Ambiance/noise. The tent nearest the water had a big sound system as did a lot of the huts and tables so expect it to be a bit loud. I don't think anyone was going around telling people to drop the volume a bit. We did go on a Sunday so maybe it's not as loud or crowded during weekdays. Since it's not required to book a room, hut or cabana, there were folks using the spaces in between the nipa huts. While I really don't mind co-sharing spaces, some of them took space without asking permission. It would be good for the beach to have an area where people can freely put down picnic mats or blankets they can sit on and so as not to intrude on others. It's also much more dignified.

All in, rating it 7.5 of 10. Open...

❌Resto has limited tables and chairs ❌Still in the resto: Split type, centralized ac and window type ac near the ₱100/hr playground IS NOT WORKING. I asked the staff multiple times yet they just look at me blunt face with NO ANSWER. Other one said AY GUBA MANA. And yet we paid their hourly rate since I have a 1yr old son. (We're still waiting for their 2pm room check in). No empathy from them tho. Playground is very dusty too. With carpentry woods in there. Remember it's their playground. With kids playing in it. I just let my son play in there not consuming the 1hr even if I paid for it. Too humid, and too dusty. ❌Toilet is broken. (Usahay ma flush. Always dili. Excuse my language pero MAG BANAW ANG TAE if malibang) ❌ Limited breakfast menu. Daghan wala. Also wanted to try their iced cofffee but the staff said GUBA DAW ILANG MACHINE. ❌Still they did not turn on their ac ✅Window 2 staff is very helpful. I originally booked for their room near the pool but when she saw us with a (1y.o baby) she upgraded us to the seaview room. Own access to the beach is perfect. (Same price room) ✅ Room is spacious and affordable ✅ Food is affordable too and delish

First of all this place is nice. Big parking space and clean environment. Properly maintained and safety signage are everywhere and it really does serve as awareness Truly helpful as far the public is concerned. We went here on sunday (typically lots of people do unwind here). The entrance is only 180php and 500 php for a small table (w/ chair) The only downside is: THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO SMOKE. It really stinks and it stings to my nose since I am very sensitive to it eversince I got a lung problem everytime I enhale a large amount of it. Some smoke near the beach (like, what da, is it allowed?). Some smoke on their table, some under the tree, some in the stairs and worst part is some smoke behind our table area (the part where we supposed to eat, relax and enhale the good air from the beach). Hope the management will do something about this since not all people do loves the smell of cigarettes. This place is supposed to be 5 stars for me. But because of the allowed cigarette smoking. I will give you 4 stars. since it is not a kid-friendly place.

Due to a flight cancellation caused by a typhoon, I ended up booking a hotel in Maribago while waiting for my new flight. Beach Park - Hadsan was conveniently within walking distance from our hotel. This small beach has a rocky terrain with patches of white sand. The entrance fee is 150 pesos, which felt a bit steep considering I've visited many beautiful beaches for free, but it's understandable since I think it's a private property. The water is very clear, allowing you to see small fishes swimming around. There are lifeguards on duty, ensuring safety, and the staff are very nice and accommodating, adding to the pleasant experience. Additionally, they have a swimming pool available for 100 pesos. I didn't get a chance to try it, so I'm not sure how deep it is. Overall, it's an okay spot for a quick visit, especially if you're staying nearby.
