Nice overall theme super instagram worthy yung place
Confusing Parking and Reception area When we got there madaming cars yung di alam san ppwesto but it was resolved naman agad. Still, confusing and even if you reserved a room parang agawan parin sa parking slot. Reception is futher back and near the restaurant. Not a fan of this kind of layout since it’s confusing and walang mag assist directly sayo but i guess kanya kanyang hanap ng reception dito
May nakaharang na table papunta sa beach Before you go sa beach, they have a restaurant and it really blocks the whole path for you. Specially when the restaurant has a lot of customers, you have to really squeeze yourself para lang makadaan. We just got out of the beach and we were wet and guess what, we have nowhere to pass through. Ended up passing through the employees kitchen area para makarating sa room. Like??? Given the limited space ok fine but still could’ve been better
No shower area near the beach there is one faucet near the restaurant but like, it’s really open and small. It’s only enough ti remove the sand sa feet and slippers
Good Breakfast they have a nice breakfast and it’s filling free
The restaurant on the second floor was disappointing compared to its aesthetic interior and its price the burger served to us wasn’t hot when it arrived idk why. Had to request for it to be reheated but then again, it was just warm and still cold sa inside food came out late menu has no pictures so the server had to explain one by one since it’s not a filipino dish. Not a fan compared to its price. tinipid ata yung dami ng drinks ang onti compared to its price and it tastes bland
Room has clogged shower drainage i think this is because there’s no shower area, the sand from the beach all goes there and has clogged the drainage. It also smells horrible. We had to ask for assistance pero ang sabi lang ng maintenance is nagawa na raw siya pero the next morning, clogged parin naman.
Poor space layout architecture student here and it was a really confusing layout. Restroom should be near the restaurant and the beach not the parking lot furnitures are blocking the path to the beach si the customers have to adjust big time
As an architecture student, the place really is beautiful and has a solid concept but lacks functionality. If you have picky family members, i don’t suggest this place. If you are traveling with friends, it’s...

Place was nice. Rooms are clean, equipped with AC, own WiFi router per room and even in the restaurant. Bathrooms were clean and came with body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels and linen and were provided. Having a comforter for each bed was superb. Breakfast was delicious and it comes with coffee! Staff were nice and service from arrival, during the power outage, and check out was great.
There are still opportunities such as: Generator - there was a 12-hr power outage. It was announced ahead of time but having the ability to charge our devices could give us better experience, especially for those who wants to work while being there.
More toiletries - having disposable toothbrush and toothpaste each guest would be great for those who wants to travel really light.
Exclusive place for guests - The restaurant was filled with outsiders especially at night. Although they are still customers, exclusivity for the hotel guests is a plus.
Parking - it would be better if there is a larger and more organized parking area. My car was sandwiched by other cars. Having a bigger area would allow us to travel to other places around the area without having to shell out for a tricycle ride.
Despite the opportunities mentioned, I would still go back to Fatwave and recommend them to our friends & family. I still want to thank everyone from Fatwave from giving us a...
Read moreThe room was clean and has a big bed (It's definitely not a queen). Bathroom is small but not cramped. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Hot water available. I wished there were more hooks or hanging rods for the wet swimsuits & towels. Shower area does not have a high enough floor divider and no shower door/curtain so toilet/lavatory area gets wet. There were 3 sets of electrical outlets in the room we're in. Parking is available. Booking was not bad, with emails going back and forth since I have queries. After my stay, I still got an email to thank us which I think was nice of them and closed formally the transaction. Front desk, housekeeping and servers were attentive and pleasant Breakfast was good and coffee was from a coffee machine (not 3 in 1). Pricing is not for those with tight budget. Place is not so family friendly or those who like quiet and sleeps early. Loud music (was there on a weekend) up until 11pm I think. Lots of young people and smokers too. I had allergies from passing people who were smoking. Overall, place is good for barkada outings. I found that San Juan beach is not for me/us, too crowded (can cater to people with different budget) and with people drinking and smoking and taking pictures forever, and some ladies were wearing make-up first thing in the morning. We did enjoy the beach still...
