We had a great experience at Mad Monkeys! The burgers were delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable.

We ordered the La Bleuger and the Smokey BBQ Bacon burgers, and both were cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor. The La Bleuger had a generous amount of blue cheese, which I loved, and the Smokey BBQ Bacon was topped with crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and a homemade BBQ sauce that was out of this world.

The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they made sure that we had everything we needed. They were also happy to answer any questions we had about the menu.

The only downside is that the stall is a bit small, so it can get crowded, especially during peak hours. However, the food is so good that it's worth the wait.

This used to be our go-to place for burgers whenever cravings hit. Sadly, our last burger was a different experience. My wife ended up with food poisoning after eating their burger—She’s suffered 2 days of diarrhea and vomiting. It was the only food we didn’t share.

I reached out to one of the owners to raise the concern, not to attack but to raise awareness and prevent this from happening to others. Instead of concern or accountability, the response I got was defensive and dismissive. Very disappointing and alarming for a food business.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. After eating a burger here, I became very ill for 3 days with severe stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea just hours later. I didn't eat anything else other than the burger. Clearly, something was not fresh or handled properly. Undercooked beef patties may can contain E. Coli or Salmonella. Food safety should be the bare minimum for any restaurant, and this was a terrible experience. I strongly urge management to investigate this issue immediately, as serving unsafe food can have serious consequences for customers.
