OYO 802 Ka Farah's Inn — Hotel in Luzon

The place is rate on a cheaper price at Booking.com. Not bad for 1 night and quiet good place to sleep for the night but the problem is...||When we check-in at the Inn..The rates is not aligned from Booking.com website to their hotel.|It says it has Airconditioned room in Booking.com but when we came at the hotel they said the room we booked has no AC.||So, we have to pay an additional rate just to have an AC. |--|Staffs said it's Booking.com problem and they were trying to fix it and were not the only ones complaining.|----|Overall we ended up paying more than what we payed at booking.com.|Another thing...Rooms are not that cleaned.|AC is noisy, the water pump or drainage is noisy|Bedsheets and Blankets are too thin.|---|We were able to sleep but service is not that really...

Not bad but not good. Room size is adequate. A small table is placed. They said they had wifi but during my stay it was unavailable due to service provider has not fix it yet. (Connection problem i think) TV installed but no channels (for display purpose only maybe) Provided towels smelled like newly washed but with stains. Shower working but no heater. I assume the bed linens werent new since a lot of hair could be found on it. Security guards are friendly. Nothing great about the place but if you're not picky and you need a place to stay for whatever reasons aside from leisure i think you can consider it here. The place is old but i think theyre trying their best to keep it clean. I suggest you bring your own towel when youre going...

I am really disappointed with this Inn. I didn't have a good sleep overnight. The room was full of dusts and dirt. Coackroaches are lingering around. Beneath the mattress and bed was so dirty. They were full of dirt, an empty sachet of something I didn't want to touch, used tissue papers, and worst, presence of tiny cockroaches. Bed linens were seemed to be unclean. There were so many stains on it, and the smell wasn't good either. This was a lesson learned for me since I didn't look at the reviews of customers. I should have avoided choosing this Inn. It was so disgusting.

Also, pictures of their rooms are not real. It's not clean and it's pretty small. Opposite the pictures posted.

Remember: Bad service keeps customers...
