If I could rate the service negative I would. I brought my husband and kid here for lunch. I was getting recommendations to try Baker J so I thought go. MY choice of place for lunch ha.

Worse, once seated, he only gave ONE tablet/menu sa husband ko lang talaga. Not even in between us since isa lang. Am I nonexistent? 😅
Since there wasn't much option for finger foods for the kiddo or appetizer, I ordered fries on top of our steaks and pasta. Guess what? Fries were served LAST! As in half way na kami sa meal dun palang na serve yung fries kung dpa ako nag follow up at pa cancel nalang.
Lastly, they never refill your glass of water. May mga customers sa air-conditioned area pero no staff in sight unless may papasok to serve someone. Wouldn't go back. Big difference from the staff...

However the guests were very loud mostly foreigners but anyway the crowd in general was loud and there were a lot of flies. So yeah that ruined the atmosphere a bit. On the upside the staff were amazing from the guard in the parking lot to the entrance to our server — everyone was so welcoming kind and accommodating. The loos were clean and the soaps, lotion and paper towels etc were full. I would probably sit inside if I were to come back next time. There’s an air conditioned area with large glass windows and the space fully enclosed so this would help with the noise levels and fly situation. The almond chocolate croissant is really good. The croissant itself is buttered, you can taste it. It’s also soft. The beverages are not good.
The service is poor. They should’ve known that it’s a Saturday, it’s packed and there should not only be 3-4 crew members working. There was only one lady who’s pleasant and a guy who was courteous enough. The rest are snobbish.
I don’t get why the menu has to be on a tablet when you can’t order from it. You have to flag them to order. I mean, I’ll be happy to just go straight to the counter so they can easily accommodate our orders.
