The hotel its really good its accessible and cheap... the only problem is the receptionist there acting unprofessional, like how they treat there guest... like what happening to us right now... we are currently staying and where not yet checking out but there forcing us to check out... the worsted is..? If where not going to check out they will going to pull out our things... is that the right how you treat your guest infact where paying... and only reason is there fully book because the room already book with someone online...which we stayed here for almost a month...and how can they let someone book our room and we are still staying and where not yet checking out...we don’t even tel them that where going to check out...and also they dont inform us a day before our check out time... like in there rules.. also we already talk that if where going to check out, a day before will going to inform them them... thats the problem here is the receptionist... there prioritising the onlyn booking.. not the walk inn... there telling us that the one who book the room used the VISA for paying... what about the one who dont...

When my booking was done, 30 minutes later I called the hotel to confirm my booking... The receptionist or whoever answered the phone confirmed that our booking was booked and all set. This was 3 days before my set booking. On my travel day and few hours before check in, they sent an sms, did not have the audacity to call, saying that they cannot accommodate us due to error on their online booking. I think that's pretty stupid! They should have noticed it earlier. I kept calm and just asked if I will be charged for the cancellation,the said no. Then I asked if they can recommend othernearby hotels,they did but cannot be found online. And they did not even apologize for the discomfort they caused their client. Read moreThe hotel does not have any security at all. at 4:50AM someone was knocking on our door. We asked who it was and he told us that someone sent him there but when asked why he was sent he said "I don't know." when we opened the door the next day puke was everywhere at the entrance of our door. Room is poorly maintained. Almost no wifi signal. You can hear the people next to you and all the noise around the unit. They also let drunk people mess with other guests. You would hear someone try to open the doorknob but when you try to see who it is there's nobody there. No toiletries. Also the staff was nice but they don't seem to care about other guests making a ruckus. Maybe you'll want to book because of the convenient location but it was a horrible experience for us. Please...
