Jollibee Shell EDSA- Buendia — Restaurant in Makati

NEGATIVE STAR!!! I PAID ENOUGH BUT THE FOOD SERVICE ARE VERY BAD! I had my dinner with my senior mother last July 31 @ 7pm. after i order, i left for 15mns to buy my mother's medicine. when i comeback, my mother had the food that was incomplete.The cashier told me, my brother picked up the food in 1tray which is supposed to be in 2 trays. My brother doesn't have an idea because he just came. & My senior mother forgotten to inform my brother about the 3 orders. I asked the cashier why they didn't send the other tray? why they didn't remind my brother about the other tray?The cashier insisted that customer should pick it up & they doesn't know who are the customer, Seriously? first of all, your crew doesn't have initiative to do "EXTRA SERVICE". 2nd, they didn't even bother to ask who's the owner of that food, if customer forgotten, it's our problem! 3rd, The lady supervisor doesn't care even the food gets cold she doesn't even care to find us in that very small restaurant. it's not busy either. What happened to the jollibee staff foodservice training??? VERY...

Staff(everyone from manager down) should be re-trained or maybe replaced. Service is very slow. They do bot know how to manage customer expectations. I came to order takeout on Sunday at around 6am. I wanted to order peach mango pie. I was told it would take 7 minutes, so i did not order it. However, my longganisa order took longer than 7 minutes. They lost a sale there, plus my irritability. I came back the next morning and ordered the same...take out longganisa plus peach mango pie. A little over 20 minutes to get my order. I was almost late for work. The reason/excuse they gave was that they ran out of eggs. That is very poor management! Mist breakfast items has eggs with them, yet they did not seem to prepare for it. In Contrast, I drove thru the branch at Rosario and E.Rodriguez in Pasig today and ordered the same, got served in 7 minutes with special request for malasado egg... Perfect rating for Rosario-E.Rodriguez.... while, Edsa-Buendia needs a total revamp. They are the worse crew ive...

Apr 2023: Coming from Visita Iglesia, we were very hungry. Ordered two 2-pc chix joy. After a few minutes, the cashier went to our table to inform us that the chix joy will take another 18 mins. They only have one 2-pc chix joy and Jr. Champ at the moment. I was looking forward to eating chix joy...so disappointed. The french fries and peach mango pie were stale ☹️☹️☹️
