Sweet Ecstasy — Restaurant in Makati

We had the Double Cheeseburger and the Steam Burger, Fantastic Fries and Fried Pickles.

This place is definitely overhyped to the max. The burger Patties were bland, no salt or pepper on them. The beef was of really low quality, probably just your regular ground beef from the supermarket. There was no beefy taste at all. Then they use this tasteless artificial American Cheese which neither add taste nor texture to the burger so what's the point? The Sauce on the burger don't come through at all to balance it it out, could use some more tanginess and pickles to cut through the fattiness.the only good thing about the burger were the buns. And the crust on the Patties was very weak, a good crust is what makes a good Smash Burger and gives tons of flavor, not here though. The owner should go to Burger 101 school again

Honestly it was a disappointing experience and from a pure burger restaurant you expect the burgers to be on point especially at this price point.

Also please inform your customers when they call that Dine in is not available in Greenhills branch so they don't need to sit in the sweltering heat outside. And don't be so freaking paranoid because of Covid, there are thousands restaurants in Manila offering dine in right now. And get rid of that cheap speaker and microfon to order food, I couldn't understand anything the cashier were saying. It was a ridiculous ordering experience.

Ambience Because I reserved for 3:30pm, it was a still a really hot day. The occasional breeze made my stay relaxing. Place is al fresco so evening might be the best time to visit. Parking is challenging but walking from Buendia MRT Station should be a cinch!

Cheeseburger Straight out? It's GOOD! The beef was mighty tasty! I'm just hesitant with the regular price so Eatitgo was a big factor for my visit. The burger alone makes me want to revisit this joint. You can still eat with plastic gloves but there's enough paper for you not to get some.

Ecstasy Fries Nothing special about the fries or sauce.

Onion Rings They're pretty thin and I love the coating and flavor. I can eat without this siding because they..have..milkshakes!

Steamed Cheeseburger: I learned from the "Top 10 Cheeseburgers" list of Spot.ph that they have this option off-menu. The result was amazing because it still tasted really good! It "lessened" the sinfulness too, I guess.

2nd Experience: I was 10 minutes early for my 2nd Eatitgo reservation and found it amusing to be asked to wait until it was time. It was amusing because the lady at the till told me with a pokerface, then to hear her say it's already ok to order 2 minutes later. She needs to smile more, please, someone guide this Lady In Red!...

Really bad after sales service. Their crew incorrectly double charged my credit card and it took management MONTHS before they processed it. I initially suggested that they just give me store credit (which would actually give them a returning customer) but they declined since they wanted to follow "protocol". They even had me contact my credit card provider even if it was their mistake and the merchant's responsibility to handle fee reversals with the bank. Got a half-baked "apology" after numerous follow-ups and lengthy discussions on how we can remedy the situation. They finally said that they'll just give me store credit which is what I asked for the first time I reached out MONTHS ago 🤷

In store experience was good though. Credit to the staff who were friendly and provided good service.
