What I felt with this My Town Amsterdam? DISAPPOINTMENTS!!
First: They are so UNRESPONSIVE. When you texted them they don’t reply (I noticed that even just for inquiring about the room) you need to asked them once again just to clarify your queries and if pupuntahan mo sa lobby NO ONE’s there!! Hello??? That’s the reason why you have accounts to answer clients!! MAG REPLY KAYO!!
Second: When I arrived no one accompanied me. They didn’t even tell me what are the amenities, or which room can I used the card (they didn’t even let me have the access of the rooftop, gym, so I had to go them again and again and again to asked them)
Third: The room is quite untidy when I arrived, WOW!! NO BIDET so you need to be improvised. You’ll be struggling with the alternatives. Also, you need to bring pillows, pillowcase, bedsheet, blanket, and towels because they don’t provide it even you get the private room, they don’t even bother to tell you. SOBRANG HINA pa ng WIFI so if you are WFH wag niyo po pangarapin na hindi laggy kasi pawala wala talaga especially datingan na ng mga tenants.
Fourth: THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL! They don’t greet with the tenants even just a smile. Ayan ba tinuro sa inyo? Kakausapin mo sila parang wala pa sila sa mood. The audacity! Especially dyan sa housekeeping na morena, attitude si ate girl, tataasan mo pa ako ng kilay?
Fifth: The billing is completely rubbish. You’re trying to save electricity and water, but still they gave you half of the price of your room. For example if you are in a private room, you have to pay 10K or more for just a month of consumption. Lugi kapa sa lugi.
Mahihiya ang 1 star sa inyo, you don’t even deserve 1 star review. To all future tenants, mag isip isip na kayo. Everything you see here is purely marketing, and don’t be gullible with good reviews kasi KABALIKTARAN LAHAT YON!!

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been waiting for over 7 months for a refund, and to this day, I have received absolutely nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails and followed up countless times, and not once did I get a proper response. Not a single update. Not a single acknowledgment. Not even a simple “sorry for the inconvenience.”
The lack of professionalism is shocking. They completely ignored every attempt to communicate and never offered any explanation or solution. The refund team is completely unresponsive, and the receptionist is no help at all. It’s clear they’re avoiding accountability altogether.
It’s one thing to have delays—but to show zero concern, to ignore customers for months, and to not even pretend to apologize is beyond unacceptable. This isn’t just bad service—it’s careless, disrespectful, and unethical. Zero communication, Zero accountability.

Read moreBeds are spacious enough and can accommodate at least 6-footer and below but the unit itself is kinda cramped, with ample storage and cabinet space, fairly decent WiFi connection (fast enough to access video platforms like YouTube and TikTok but sometimes connection lags), an AC unit (though in my unit it's not cold enough), a small fridge and a microwave.
