We ate here quite a long time ago then it closed down for quite a while. They said it was renovated and when we saw it was open again, we immediately got curious as to what has changed. The inside became bright, more organized and felt more spacious. For quite a long time it was renovated, it felt like the resto was rushed. The urinal in the common toilet was installed above the ground when that kind of urinal was supposed to be installed from the floor. It was crooked too. The hand dryer in the hand washing section was not well thought of, it was bumping against the power plug and they needed to install it crooked. Now for the food, their version of tsukemen is like adobo sauce, that's what I got since it was their best seller and that's what I ordered when this branch first opened. It was ok, it's their version but ofcourse I like the tsukemen at tokyo station in japan more. We also had gyoza, it was good, tempura, it was good but not a stand out, and the black pepper chicken was also ok. They didnt bother adding a lot of dessert options since it was sharimg the same space as yamato bakery separated by a door where you can buy desserts and eat it...
Read moreThe ambiance is reminiscent of old Manila streets, but perhaps tries to portray Japanese street to give a street food vibe. They even put a faux ramen stand and there they display some small bites for take out.
Food is good, I had a spicy Kara tonkotsu, I forgot the name. Quite filling, the broth is rich and satisfying. However for what its worth, I think the medium sized bowl I ordered is overpriced. It only has one piece of chasu, two pieces of fish cake, and a tiny nori.
Pepper chicken is good but. Nothing to write home about. Gyoza on the other hand is filled with goodness!
Kudos to our server, Girlie, who introduced their dishes. However I've learned that their ramen is already available for take out! That's not fair, they're veering away from Japanese tradition as they'll be the only ramen chain/Japanese resto that will allow ramen for take out!
Update: the above review is a POV of a someone with a great bias towards tonkatsu style ramen. I should've ordered their Tsukemen in the first place! When I tried, I couldn't tell my wife how good it was.
Please do pay a visit and try them, I am changing my 'poor' rating to...

They changed their menu. I still prefer that they have the small or snack size bowl of ramen. Now, they only have regular and large sizes. 1 regular bowl is actually good for 2 pax. They allow take out if you don't finish your ramen. And they also allow sharing.
I tried the Tonkatsu Miso Butter Corn Ramen. I had the butter separated but it was still oily for me even without it. The soup base is a bit salty. But I love their noodles and that it has cabbage.
I also like that they have service tea which you can request hot or cold.
I love the interiors and Japanese feel of Mitsuyado Sei-Men in Jupiter.
The staff were friendly...
