OYO 518 MyTown Amsterdam — Hotel in Taguig

Booked thru OYO APP and this isn't my first time to book thru OYO. Room is extremely tiny for a double standard. No kettle heater, no cutleries and no mugs were provided even though I requested them from the front desk before arrival. They simply shrugged when I asked again upon arrival, and was told to buy disposable cutleries and cups from the mini mart outside. I asked for a foot rug 3 times before one was provided because the shower was so small, water from the shower head splashes thru the sliding door. No hangers inside the closet, no courtesy from the staff and crew either. Remotes for the TV were displayed, but the digital box is not working. They simply reasoned out that the property is not OYO and they are MyTown, and they are simply renting out rooms to OYO. 0 star for the room, -10 stars for lack of courtesy and...

The location is very accessible. Just a few minutes away from BGC. The staffs are very accommodating. They are strict when it comes to their security and health protocols and it's a commendation especially for the safety of their clients. Just a bit upset with the room we occupied, it's not what I expected as I seen in the App (Philippine standard double), I expected a room with table and chairs as shown in the Pictures but we we're I think put in a Saver double room. The room have just enough space, with cabinet, microwave and small fridge. Wifi is available, they also provide a TV though limited channels were available. The Aircon needs cleaning, it's not cooling at all but they transferred us to another room (Thank you!). Overall, I will still recommend...

I stayed as a guest at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Very convenient since the place is close to my appointments. It is also a few minutes of drive to BGC. The only problem I had with my stay was during my first day. The room was so warm that their AC felt like it wasn’t working. There was also no receptionist at night. The attending person which I believed was their security guard informed me that they only have receptionists until 12 am. Anyway, the maintenance person advised that since I was on the 6th floor, expect that it’s going to be warm.
