Chowking — Restaurant in Mandaue

I've been here in this chowking quiet a few times but now a days i rarely eat here. Today is my worst experience. Ang ako giorder nga chao fan kay sunog. Lasa pa jud nga sunog. Ako gi ask ang staff nganu nasunog ako giorder. Gitry niya adto sa kitchen. In the end gi ingnan ra ko okay ra na maam. What a terrible service. Since then ive been here a few times. I was expecting at least today was different coz last time too the chao fan i ordered has a taste of cockroach on it. Really terrible. The manager should fix this issue. I dont want to bother coz i know it will affect their salary but please for your costumer do your job well...

This is the worst chowking that i've been. The chow fan has an after taste like something was overcooked. The sambal sauce is diluted and lacks consistency. The coke beverage was off-taste. And they don't give you a tissue. You have to ask for it. And the worst part, they don't have service water. Instead, they will promote their small bottled water which costs PhP25.00.
