Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Mandaue

I just wanted to express my disappointment with this fast food store in mandaue. We tried to eat our dinner its 730pm in this branch but very much disappointed with the services.. When we arrived some of the chairs were piled in the table even if there are still customers coming to eat. So, I approached asked the crew if we can make used of the unused table because it is so frustrating to eat in a single table that is so narrow and its inconvenient to eat near the wall that only children can can be accomodated and we are ordering enough foods. The crew told me that they cannot let us use it because they are about to close when in fact they keep receiving customers. Very much frustrated and not a good fast food chain visit again!!! This something that I do not recommend...

We ordered paa large with Coke zero and Sizzling liempo with mushroom gravy, java rice and Coke zero. The waiter brought out white rice instead of java rice. The mistake was pointed out and the waiter brought out the liempo and a few minutes later brought out what they to pass off as java rice. It was plain rice colouring added and had none of the flavours of the java rice that we've had at two other locations. The liempo was mostly pieces of fat that were so soft that they couldn't be chewed. They only moved around our mouths and couldn't be swallowed. Overall a very unsatisfactory dining experience. First of all, I expected much from this restaurant because I've experienced the best service in Mindanao and likewise, I thought it would be the same here in Cebu Mandaue, specifically in this branch. I'm a considerate person, but when one of your staff told us to wait because our rice wasn't ready yet, of course we patiently waited because we are expecting quality from the food that will satisfy ourselves, yet, we didn't expect that they would serve us food that still wasn't properly cooked (rice still crunches on my mouth and chicken not evenly sized).
