I recently visited Jollibee fast food with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The poor service and lack of basic manners from the crews left a lasting negative impression.
Firstly, the crews at Jollibee were consistently loud and inconsiderate towards customers. Their boisterous behavior not only disrupted the atmosphere but also made it difficult to have a peaceful dining experience. It was disappointing to witness such disregard for the comfort of customers.
Moreover, it was disheartening to observe that the crew members failed to prioritize senior citizens. Despite the presence of elderly customers, the staff did not make any efforts to assist or accommodate them. This lack of respect for our seniors is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment’s values.
Additionally, the customer service from both the crews and their supervisor was subpar. When faced with issues or requests, their response was lackadaisical and indifferent. It felt as though our concerns were being ignored, and there was no genuine effort to address them promptly.
Lastly, the supervisor’s lack of engagement and laziness further contributed to the overall poor experience. It is disheartening when the individuals in leadership positions fail to set a positive example for their team and neglect their responsibilities towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
Overall, my visit to Jollibee was marred by a combination of poor service, disrespectful behavior, and a lack of professionalism.
