OYO 605 The Quarters — Hotel in Manila

The rooms were clean but we had a problem with the water heater not working in our first room which upon readung other reviews was mentioned it wasnt working in thr same room 3b A month ago, so it was never repaired and broken before they even gave us the room. The bathroom doors all are broken and don't close. The place has wifi but it was very unreliable which was disappointing as i work in IT and reliable internet is important to me. The biggest issue I had with them is their visitor policy which is not posted on their website for review before booking. Visitors are apparently allowed to only stay for 30 minutes at a time, so having a family member visit us during the day ended up being a big issue. This was a place I booked 2 rooms for 2 weeks, plus had brought business to with 2 other friends booking rooms...

The hotel room is clean as well as the bathroom and the cabinets. The linens are clean, and one good thing i like - no fabric conditioner scent, because I don't like any scent on linens. Bathroom has temperature selection shower, bidet and toilet flush. There is a CCTV monitor outside the room. We were able to connect the free WiFi Customer service is remarkable too. One staff saw that I was holding my take out meal and was trying to get the keys from my bag, they just opened the gate for me with their spare key. Upon checking out i was trying to book a ride but really finding it hard, so the one in the front desk booked for me. The place is a few meters from the place of exam's. The comfort room door is broken. The room has broken air-condition machine. I slept in bed full of sweay because it was so hot. The front lady promised us to be moved to another room but we still weren't able to move.

We also booked earlier, so why were we given a broken room. Why wasn't it fixed before we arrvied? We also notified we will be arriving late (11:00 PM) because we flew from a different City. But they locked the front door and closed the whole bldg, without notifying us thay they would close, and cannot cater us immediately that night. WE ARRIVED 1AM because of delayed flight, but we already paid our room. So was there no ACCOMMODATION still for us? Why were we NOT met...
