RedDoorz near Bambang Station — Hotel in Manila

Two staff are exceptionally good - they are the maintenance. I asked to fix the android TV and they fixed it at no time with an honest smile and professionalism. Other than that, the female front desk staff is Tupperware in being so plastic. She smirked while attending to you, I felt unwelcome and awkward. The security guard is so disrespectful to the hotel's clients. He grumpily warned me that no minor is allowed when he learned I had no companion at the moment I checked in. How dare he ask that. I know the law. What's wrong with that is the way he delivered the sentence. He acted as if he was my boss - he was so bossy and the tone of the voice was so condensing. The toilet is clogged so bring your own slippers, a thick one. You need them so that the flood will not touch your feet to make sure you don't get germs. The room's phone is broken so I always climbed up and down to and from the front desk to talk to them about issues in the room. I was on the 5th floor. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends. The manager should send all his front desk personnel to seminars on how to be professional and polite to the hotel's clients. After all, if you don't have guests, how would you pay their salary? Or maybe, they don't...

I don't know why some people pass negative comments. Any how in my opinion and my own experience. The beds are very comfortable and thanks God they provides the real blankets and comforter. Not like other hotels who just gives a bed sheet instead of blanket. I like the blankets really. So you can sleep well without getting frozen. The location is very good near to LRT1 so you can go anywhere in manila. Easy access to the transportation. The helpful and friendly staff. Near by lots of food options.Will stay again here when ever in manila...
