Kanto Freestyle Breakfast UST — Restaurant in Manila

I used to like Kanto Freestyle and always recommend this to my friends but lately, I'm getting disappointed with the place. 2 weeks ago I went here for lunch but the 2nd floor was closed (they have an aircon there, which makes dining more comfortable), they said that they sprayed something (for pest control perhaps?), today I went here again and itwas so hot at 12nn, and then when I asked them if we could dine at the 2nd floor, they said t'was not open for diners because they were few people/customers. So we don't have a choice but to eat in their hot area. There are industrial fans but it blows hot air which makes our dining experience unpleasant. Their Honey Garlic Chicken is still super yummy!! I even started eating before I remembered to take a photo!
