Took 40 mins for our order to arrive because apparently they misplaced our receipt. Didn't get any 'sorry' from 2 managers present despite making sure they see and hear my plight. One manager even did a side-glance at me and did not bother to say sorry in behalf of their cashier. Food is not good, too. Due to the lunchtime rush, rice was partially undercooked, the chicken—while served hot—was bland in taste. I made sure to finish eating first to make a proper review. The rest of the crew, special thanks to Kim and Carl, apologized properly for the mishap better than the 2 managers. I understand these mishaps happen but a little empathy could have made the experience a little better than how it already felt while it was happening to my family, including a kid who was badly hungry. Ordered at 11:13AM according to the receipt and was served at around 12:05PM. Rest of the crew is good, managers need more training on how to handle cases such as mine. Atmosphere is just as expected from fastfood chains in the lunchtime rush.

Bought dinner there in a rush due to future travel. The place is a good place to eat in and the food is delicious. The burger steak is not as delicious as other branches though. Idk why. Also, one of the staff had let someone sneak past the line even though we're the first ones and we have already expressed that we're in a hurry. The staff also displayed an unprofessional behavior.
