For the so-called "Executive Room," it's not worth the price. We called beforehand and they said the price on the website was the same but when we got there, they had other charges. They also charge for almost everything. You can check-in at nicer hotels. When we arrived, a lot of people were checking in due to the board exams. We waited for quite some time and when we entered the room, it was not yet made up. The room was small, the AC was noisy, we had to request for another blanket, and the double bed is like... for people with small to medium frame. There's no cabinet so you just hang your clothes. The room was clean (and it should be clean.. duh) and the staff was okay though. Still, avoid this hotel like the plague unless you're desperate... like we were during that time.

Poor service usually all hotels, condos and inns i rented allows us to bring liquor in our room except this mini hotel. I bought 2 Red Horse Beer and did not allowme to bring it up to my room unless I pay 2500 corckage fee as what they told me

We often stayed here when we are in Manila especially if we are processing papers in the city or just too tired to travel back to Bulacan. Last year we stayed here too but it was much better last year. The room we had was much nicer and cleaner. This year we had a room on the 3rd floor it has a queen size bed and a single bed for the three of us. The room has a mini fridge and closet. The toilet has no hand spray bidet but has a "tabo"and a shower with hot and cold water. The TV has several channels and all are working. The room was clean and the towels are okay. They have free breakfast for 2. They provided us 3 sets of toiletries and towels. The food here is good especially the porksilog and patatim. Although quite expensive it is tasty. The female receptinist was very accommodating and the security guard was very helpful. The only rpobelm was there were small cockraoches on the tray on top of the table which we told the receptionist about it the day we checked out. The next time we stayed it was just a couple of weeks after, we encounter the male receptionist who is not quite friendly. My hubby even told him so. We checked in and was given a room on the 5th floor it has 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed. The room has only 2 towels, 2 sets lf toiletries, 1 blanket/bedsheet. The room has the same toilet without the hand spray bidet but with "tabo" and a shower with hot and cold water. The only good thing is the bathroom of both rooms are spacious. The TV has several channels but only one has a clear picture. The room inlcudes 2 free breakfast. We called the front desk for extra towel, shampoo, soap and bedsheet which should be provided as the room is for triple sharing. The next day we ate breakfast the creamer bottle has cockroach so they replace it with a new one and all sugar are in sachet. The staff kept on apologizing. We had a nice breakfast the food is still good despite the cockroach. After that we left our son in the room to run some errands and just came back to checked out. We decided to eat lunch there for their patatim and chopsuey it was tasty. We had a talk with the female receptionist about the cockroach and the customer relatuon of their male receptionist. As a regular client of this hotel I think they need to improve their rooms, put hand spray bidet. Fumigate their premises, thoroughly clean the rooms after each use, check the contents of the room before checking in guests to see if the room has all the needed items. Check the TV and fridge if it is working. Lastly need to give customer training to their staff. The price for the rooms are quite high for the service they provide if they keep up this way they will lose clients like us. It was a family friendly hotel and I wish they will upgrade and improve it for our...

I am looking for a restaurant near our house because our tita was having a hard time walking, i end up reserving a table hear for a special birthday occassion. The staff here were not that accomodating, it seems they were afraid of their big boss,. I want to surprise my cousin on her birthday and ask if i could somehow do some decor and ask them some questions related to it and they do not have the right answer for you, they cannot decide even a simple favor, their answers will be they will ask first if their big boss will allow it, their big boss seems not know the hotel courtesy to the guests. If you called up and look for somebody, the front desk will not let you talk to the person you are looking but instead will insist you to just tell them what is your concern and will just inform you to call back again for the answer. I don't blame the front desk and the staff for their attitude , because as i keep on talking to them, it seems that the problem has to do with their higher management, i think they are too afraid of their big boss, maybe they are not being treated well. Another thing, they will charge P1000 corkage fee for a small palabok worth P350.00 (which they don't have in their menu that's why we ordered outside), when i told them we will not eat it anymore , they informed us that they will still charge us because that's what their big boss said. It's just so disappointing that they cannot handle guests well because the food here has potential, it really taste good, but just thinking how you are being treated as guests, i definitely would not...

We booked for a 3 nights stay in this hotel because it's cheap , we booked a family size room with 2 beds the room is small and dim. 1st night of our stay is good no problems at all, we dont mind the darkness of the room. 2nd day we cant connect to their wifi, we told the front desk they said they will restart the router etc. Then still no connections ,we called about 10x and still no progress. Then we went to the front desk to ask what is the problem SHE said (with an attitude) that we are the only one complaining , then she moved us to a new room because sge told us our flr were having wifi problems. Then we moved to 6th flr. Still no wifi. Then the staff that help us moved our things told us that they have problem with their network and no one knows how to fix it because the maintenance guy was not present. But instead of telling us the truth they make excuses etc. To the point the we felt embarrassed because we are the only one complaining. I mean its part of what we paid for. Right ? I dont really have problems with the others staffs just the front desk that night. May 2,2019. I dont know her name. Then there was small cockroach in the...
