P3K Suites — Lemery Branch since 2020 — Hotel in Manila

Hotel of thiefs.Strange story happened to me and my guest in December 2024.One evening accidentaly was left room keys inside the room and locked door.I reported to hotel staff about it.The hotel staff acted very strange and rude.The guy who came to try to open the locked door was just mocking to me and my guest saying that we dont have spare key of the room (which simply must be in the hotel for any emergency case)that it was lost or something.Soon no idea why in hotell hall came many people no idea who and for what reason and became noisy.One of them was how I found out from reception guy in white shirts from local barangay.He was very rude and impolite to my lady guest.He was insulting her.When I asked at reception to provide his name it was refused to do so.I cant prove but I guess that this guy is connected with the local thieves.Because when room door were opened in about 30-60minutes we came inside my room together with my guest and she sadanly was shocked and started to shout where is my phone and wallet with documents???!!! Started big noise and mess.Soon I noticed that my phone was stoled also.Case was immediately reported to police which arrived soon.After were started call for hotel management or owners but nobody has arrived.Police and hotel staff were just joking and didnt do anything what they supose to do just mocking at me and my guest that maybe she forgot were she left her stuff.We were forced to open all our lugages and to show all our stuff.Since that time nothing was done regarding investigation of the theft,no any compensation or even apologizes didnt came...

It was actually okay at first but the staffs are not smiley or friendly at all. When we went inside of the room, its not that clean (I mean even though its cheap, cleanliness is still a must). Other than that, the TV is NOT working AT ALL. I mean why would you put that inside if its not useful right? After that, when we are about to check out, there is a penalty of stains ( I mean those stains are already there) we did not argue anymore since we just want to go home and take a rest. We thought we'll enjoy our night there but it all turns out— a waste of time. I will never recommend this place at all. An accommodation should a place where everyone will feel relax and feels like home but this one? I...

Room : not sound proof. Its just a room and a bed nothing else. The t.v. Also suck

Service : if i can give here a negative star i will on this motel. They gave my room to another guest while im away. Even thou i still have 5hrs left and I paid the room in full plus deposit fee of 1000(yeah the audacity of the management to ask for security deposit e sila mismo nag bribridge ng safety) i asked what about the things i left in the room. They have it infront desk!! What if i have more valuable left? Perhaps money or jewelries?

Omg this motel is not worth it. They dont value thier client's security. Don't bother booking here.
